Originally posted by ninthplanetwhen I first read it I was a bit skeptical; however, as I began to journey more into the New Age world, I observed a connection with much of the book's material.

Perhaps it would be best for some if they read it as a science fiction, since they will find it difficult (but not impossible) to verify that what they say is true.

Even if you read it as simply a work of science fiction, it still contains invaluable advice don't you think! :-)..

For those who want a browser that works with this forum. Here is the link to download firefox (completely free) :
http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/releases/0.8.html#download

Firefox is both stable and fast on my PC (a good thing bcos my PC is very old and slow)

Anything I click on takes me to .../forums/default... stuff. It takes me to the forum page basically.

Everything you mentioned is happening on my pc too.
a) I can not login
b) javascript errors everywhere (says missing ";" )
c) clicking on a forum redirects back to default.asp
d) the page images do not load

my IE is ver 6.0.2800.1106IC.

I was having problems all day, but as of 5 minutes ago it all started to work perfectly.. What the !@#?!?  I have been having trouble for months.. Well I had been mucking around with the browser settings. Not sure what I did. One thing I do remember was adding astralpulse to the list of authorised sites for cookies:
IE-> tools-> internet options-> privacy tab-> edit(web sites)-> enter "astralpulse.com"-> click "allow" button

Mind you it also proves that media hype is usually a load of bullspit. Right now Australia and also countries in Europe are having their media manipulated by an international body (webiste: http://www.codexalimentarius.net/ )

There is an excellent description of how it is unfolding in Australia here: http://users.bigpond.com/spiney.norman/petition.eve.hillary.htm

sorry if this is a bit out of context. The subject matter is very important to me, as I rely on natural remedies to deal with an autoimmune disorder.

I for one am seriously interested.

I suffer from an excruciating autoimmune disorder called ankylosing spondylitis. It aint fun. I would happily replace milk for tinkle on my breakfast cereal .. if I thought it would work. Far more palatable than what I have to go through. Go ahead and search for pictures on what this disease can do to you..

Mind you if it wasn't for this disease.. I would probably be gagging with the rest of you !

Well I was about to agree with him too but I realized what happened in 2000. Maybe the vast majority of people really did not think that anything would happen. I know I didn't. But who knows.

My work at the time leading up to 2000 was actually computer technical support. And there sure was plenty of hype ! And people were certainly worried that their servers / or software would fail them. Naturally we had plenty of work to do in testing computers for "Y2K compliance".

Seems plain and obvious now that I think about it. All the hype was benificial this time, in as far as it caused people to be very very cautious.

And I can tell you that even us computer tech'os were worried ! I certainly didn't know whether the ATM's would work, etc etc. The date issue was a very real problem. Almost absurd really isn't it.

hehee you guys both made really good points. I was about to agree with nagaul. One book I read recently was talking about the universe assuming that our attention kept focussed on the things we want. And graciously gave us what we kept our minds focus on. But we are all so massively dysfuntional that we are constantly obsessing over our fears, posessions, and other primitive "survival mode" thought patterns. The result being the universe serves up our worst fears.

if that was so.. then why was 2000 such a non event. thanks fallnangel for making me realise a fatal flaw in THAT theory :-)

cheers

August 16, 1987 - a date many people recall as Harmonic Convergence. Millions of people took advantage of that date to make ceremony in sacred sites, praying for a smooth transition to a new era, the World of the Fifth Sun.

Hey guys. Just noticed that Michel Desmarquet was taken to a world of angelic beings 50 days before the day of Harmonic Convergence. He was abducted for a total of nine days to "the ninth planet" (Thiaoouba). Whilst there he was warned that *materialism* posed an even greater threat to our civilisation than nuclear weapons. He was also warned somehting along the lines of - if your civilisation doesn't wake up spiritually and stop behaving like idiots, then it will lead to our own destruction.

So the message from Thiaoouba lines up exectly with the message from the article:
>> "As Mr. Barrios sees it, the dark side works to block fusion through denial and materialism." (..) "They like the energy of the old, declining Fourth World, the materialism."

In other words denial and materialism will block our ascension into the age of "the Fifth Sun".

I hope you can see the symbolist between 50 days and "Fifth Sun"

also note what the article had to say about 2003 ..

with hope,
z

Same applies to the plural of "man", and it is a more literary form of "people".

yeah that is a pretty good point. "Man" == a person both male and female. Looked up the dictionary: the plural of "man" is "men". And I looked up man: and the first thing it says is:
>> "man n. (pl. men) human being; (member of) human race; person;" <<

I have to say that I had no trouble reading her describe two angrogynous people as "two men". Seemed like a perfectly natural way to describe the two angels.

hmm.. but we shouldn't forget that the original documents will be written in mechel desmarquets native tongue: french.

I think that if you read even the most truthful biography - If you read it looking for flaws, then that is what you will find. And if you go in looking for truth, then that is what you will find.

the fact that you are so infuriated by anyone challenging your claim to levitate, makes me question the validity of your claim altogether.

mroakie,
I am all for skepticism, however...
That wasn't a challenge, that was an insult.

Grow up.
End of story.

Liz,
like mick I am new to this forum. I had a nasty experience some years ago. Perhaps about 5 years ago, I would have to find and check my dream log. I wasn't going to post this experience so soon - however your situation is urgent, so I think I had better. Yes this is a long post, bear with me please [:)]

My recollection:
I was half-awoken very abruptly from my sleep. However there was an overwhelmingly powerful spirit telling me to sleep. The command "he" made to "sleep" was so incredibly powerful I could barely resist it. I had to fight just to remain conscious.

But I was scared because I felt violated. And in fact I was violated. I could feel something in my solar plexus. Something was spinning there, something was trying to WORM ITS WAY INSIDE through my solar plexus - and I sure as hell didn't like that! It felt as if a spirit was trying to enter me through my solar plexus!?. I kept trying to wake up..

However, I couldn't open my eyelids or move as I was still under the influence of the entity who was trying to force me to sleep. I wanted him (them?) out of me, and I was desperate. I summoned every bit of my concentration and power I had in me and forced myself back in control of my entire body. I fought with every scrap of strength I had. I was scared, and it felt like life and death. The pure effort and will involved was certainly more than I had ever required in my life - before or after.

I did it! I forced *it* out. I heard a strange sound that was much like a dove taking flight. I felt the bed sheets above my solar plexus actually lift up slightly, that was where the sound had come from. And simultaneously I heard something crash in the kitchen (probably a saucepan - odd that..). I was awake now, and filled with energy, my whole body felt charged with the energy from the fight.

I was furious. I was filled with utter rage at the violation. It felt like some kind of attempt to possess my body. I swore I would get revenge one day. I said it out loud : One day - even if it took a thousand reincarnations, I would find out who it was and they would pay for it (or something to that effect). I wanted "him" to know that he would pay for what I felt was a rape of the spirit.

Was it really an attempt at possession?? I don't know. If it was a good spirit, then why did it violate me like this without my permission. It was clearly able to communicate with me without the need to enter my body.

I should add that it is difficult to describe in words how powerful this beings sheer force of will was... His thoughts were intense, powerful, undivided and in a word i would say "focussed". Or as the bhagavad-gita would say, his thoughts were "single pointed"..... whereas a normal persons everyday thoughts (eg: myself) are "many pointed" or unfocussed, weak, hazey and relatively clumsy.

I am a novice here, but these are my thoughts and observations:
a) the dream state certainly provides an opening for unfriendly spirits. We are vulnerable there - since our mind is normally quite weak and unfocussed in the dream state, it is therefore easier to take advantage of us / or overtake us.
b) Although vulnerable, our spirit is immediately and consciously aware of any violation to the body. Instinctively it tries to protect its physical home (our body) by reentering the body and trying to wake up.
c) I believe a negative entity finds it easier to overcome a person who is both physically and mentally weakened/exhausted.
d) force of pure will power can overwhelm and drive out these spirits. So practice both meditation and concentration - which I am told are two distinctly different things, and that people often get the 2 mixed up.

When I think about the times in my life that required the most will power. I think the only time that even came close to this was when I rode 50km in one day - whilst being very unfit and unused to riding any distance. I was exhausted after only about 15km, and had to just keep on going through the pain and exhaustion. So yes, now that I have thought about it physical endurance training makes sense - kakkarot is onto something about the physical training perhaps.

hoping this will help..

That is a really EXCELLENT idea ! As soon as you mentioned it, I tried it and I could feel the energy *flowing* through me [:)] very fluid sensation
