I just want to know out of curiosity,
can Robert Bruces' Rope Method actully force an OBE,
or can it only produce an astral projection and lucid dream?

Hi,
I need help with the rope technique...
Firstly, I consider myself to have good concetration skills, and I consider myself to be moderate with chakra work.
The problem is, I have trouble with the vibrations that occur when I practise ROPE. I can last about 3-4 minutes before the vibrations become to chaotic and I have to bail out. Is there any way that I can train to last, till I trigger an astral projection?
