I get too sensitive to radiation from heaters
also those from computers
think I may go blind
guess I need to stay away from certain "bad" form of vibrations
I think people can either have a gift to sense others' emotions and pain
or, I hope it is not due to bad krama
like we will be given the pain if others because we need to learn....
I believe in staying clear of source that produce bad reactions
I react to anger
and a bad relationship that can stain a home, room , building
like an angry ghost is hanging around
or someone left negative source of energy lying around
like looking at a home of dead living things
and not matter what attempts to clear it out
something that triggers emotions is stuck with the place where negative memories etc lingers....
like we can never get over it

so much so that we think we can never be free

that is why I tell the truth
and resue others from errors
so they won't be haunted
the spirit is not to be fooled with
also people who know each other too well can affect each other

Sometimes, I  let the hands decide. I reckon that  the energy goes what it naturally goes; just  like  a drop of ink in tne centre of the circular paper spreads outwards.  
I concentrate energy by cuppling the hands allowing a small gap. By cuppling I mean  holding a sphere in one palm and covering it with the other hand.
Then I placed the hands (without changing the way the hands is held) at the base chakra.  That position will my neutral starting position....

Let the sphere be a imaginary energy ball, except  we fill the ball with gathered energy.  This we do it by focusing on the ball filling up with energy that is healing in nature.  We add energy to the ball while breathing with awarness and slowness. This way, we interact with the energy in the us and the sphere.  Also, we will feel (after being aware of energy) that the sphere is responsing or being moved while you breathe.

If we are patient and wait for auto movement,  the hands will choose clockwise or anti-clockwise plus other movements. When we probably cannot hold onto intense energy build ups, let the hands move sightly to disperse extra or excess energy.  Remember to keep the hands steady and most of the time one hand on the other.
At this stage, we probably can release unwanted energy.  Also try to move that sphere to where the blockages are and see if anything happens.

If all we can do is let the movements be free and unplanned, then enjoyed the wild release of energy while relaxing in our created field of energy.  The more relax we are, the more we can to feel the "free" us.

will wait for feedbacks and will expand on the experiment if needed.

More than a thought... very very serious about  traumic attacks where it is more than a small warning of systemic break down.

Hi all, I'm one of the returning members from their days of contemplations.  Life have been interesting and challenging.  

Well, it looks like it took just one post posted here to recover memories of the unexplained encounters.

The post by rachpin2 about strange hands gestures  remembers me that I'm one of  "hands with free will"  members.  

I would be spicing the writing here, I hope you don't mind.

Tell you something... there are stuff in the subconscience that some of us aren't aware of.  

Installed in a part of my subconscience is my hobbies.

Wait for a little pause while the background is put into place, then on with the story.

 Back drop consists of a relaxed day-time relaxer.  Mind is sort of given a break for the endless schedules and hands are free from the programmed performances.  

Now the mind gets interactive with the hands. Subconscience takes over and pursuits the hidden interests.  
The story is about a hobby that involves making patterns with one object that flolds in circular motions.

Actually, I am jumping ahead cause since it is the subconscience's performance. I would not know what my hands will show me.

 While standing still and quite relaxed, the hands made some of the patterns that the toy can make.
A complicated pattern was slowing being formed by  the hands (guess, the mind must have accessed my memories).   I stood there enjoying seeing myself self-perform. I did wish that is all I have to do here on the planet... be amazed.  LOL  

 This kind of self- initiations of releasing nervous tension happens to me.  The hands like to sail above objects as well as make swimming movements. I do have a lot of tension, don't I?  LOL

hi,  I read from http://www.world-weird-web.com/remote-viewing.htm that alpha wave levels in the brain can be increased to increase  remote viewing abilities.

I wonder if this "fact" is that well documented as the article in the web page says.

Hi Kelly, I was not implying that your vision look like those in my photo.  I was comparing the fact that  I saw these particular circles on a certain day with your timed vision of the orbs.  The circles don't look quite the same more than once. The formation of flares changes like images on a film.  I can take a series of  shots in a film clip and "make" the images move and change shapes, colours or positions.  The lighting of the surrounding may give different results.

My camera tends to have a subset of images. The images vary to a limited extend.
I admit that your orbs can move on its own.  I was trying to say that  I cannot determine before hand what I will see, I simply captured what appears each time I  photograph the sun or a bright light.  I just like the free display that moves as I move!  


Anyway, I am sure that you might get the same few images in your vision.   Can you give some more details as to the orbs look like? Thanks.

                    .. come to think of it, the quote by CG Jung fits the subject in this section of the forum as well as other "please explain further" forums.

 For me, I tend to fail in explaining my "complex" and abstract hind sights  of  life in general.  I also find languages in general (human communication system) not flexible enough for thoughts to be processed at the rate of the outflowing thoughts.  Output (speech)  is slower and inefficient; input (info churning in the mind)  moves at the speed of an express train.

I have been thinking that since certain chemical substances in crystals are good for us and might relate to the possible that we have  deficiency (such as silicon found in quartz); that in reciprocal  we can also affect the crystals in certain ways.

Hope that I am making some sense up to this point.


The post is more about a crystal called spectrolite.  I read and know that spectrolite can produce iridescent reflections in the same way as blue opals when placed under light. The texture of the crystal that has turned blue seems to mimic the texture of opals!
I come up with the idea that the crystal absorbs heat and moisture. That why it turns blue. Just like silicon oxide or copper sulphate. These two compounds keep things dry.

 I tested my spectrolite/ labradorite under my pillow.  After a few weeks parts of my crystal turn blue under light.  I think that I've changed the looks of the crystal. I gave away one of spectrolite that has become lighter in colour as well as having many blue spots on it  (it had been placed in my pockets for many days).  When I gave it away it was very warm! he  he.   The one under my pillow might have absorbed my heat and moisture and change colours in small sections.

I wonder if anyione has this type of "discovery" whereby, the crystals changes colours over time.

                  I would like to add that I heard that the lowest (root) chakra is the easier to work with.  Other than the chakra in the palms.

                 And that  the eariest way to remember the order of the 7 main chakras is to know the order of colours in the rainbow.

The thing  I am confuse with is how exactly do the chakras interact (if they do)?

I wondered have many grains of sand and minerals went to build up a stone.

I also wondered if any creatures or plants get trapped in stones and crystals.
Everytime I shine light thru a labradorite, I keep thinking that seaweed or a sea plant was trapped in the stone. Imagine a sea in a stone. Also I am amazed how an opaque stone stone or crystal become translucent under direct light.

              I read on a few sites that quartz can be used by all star signs. Many type of quartz are used for cleansing and connecting with the divine. Citrine is my personal favourite. Found that I like the clear citrine a little better than the cloudy one.
 I wonder which is better for clearing bad energy and enhancing positive ones.

I'm comfortable with the term "energy fields". Electricity runs in circuits and magnets place under a piece of paper can move fine particles of iron that are on the paper. Please correct me here if I'm wrong.
I can visualise my hands floating weightlessly. I use the energy field to sustain my arms. Then I create energy balls (a big one, and only one at a time). I kind of enjoy playing with the energy fields. I do exercise with them and just go where my arms want to go. I might say that my hands leviated but I wouldn't say that I am right. There is an effort needed however to keep the energy flowing.

I have been wondering if the colours of crystals can effect a person. I mean the big problem with lots of things is whether u have just dreamt up an idea.
Here's my question: first some info
I like green colours (especially pastel green or lime) but I think the colour gives me pain in the stomach and a feeling of weakness (physically and mentally). Jade are green in colour, and when I use it  as a pendant I feel sick or uncomfortable. I know of its uses but I fear the pain that is might be giving me.
 red looks good on me and so does orange. I like rose quartz and citrine and I seem to be ok with them. No sharp pain like I get from green colour and jade.
So the question is: should/will the colours of crystals and/or the crystals themselves effect one's mood and health. Any suggestions or advice on related issues are wlcome and appreciated. thanks for reading.

            I wonder if this is the right place to post this. Please tell me where to place this type of post.
            I am sure that I saw myself or my projection in a dream.
I (my representation) was viewing a tape as part of a last minute revision for an exam with my partner and mother present. My mother did help me in my study when I was in uni. However she said nothing in the dream. I had hardly watch 5% of the tape when I asked my partner what was the tape about. I guess that I was too urgent to view the whole tape and to try to understand the content.
After I ask the question, I (the viewer of the dream) felt embarrassed (felt bad) having seen myself ask a question that also implies "please do the work ( the viewing of the tape) for me and explain everything". I stopped my dream and got out of bed (since the dream occurred after dawn).
I did not know and still don't know what to get out of the dream. Was I given to chance to see how silly I looked when doing things at the last minute? Any sugguestion would be greatly appreciated. [?][?][?][?][?][?][?][?][?][?]

Hi everyone.
introduction
              I had a puzzling dream in the morning (after dawn). I was still in bed half awake but not sleepy. It was kind of like a hybrid between a day-dream and a dream.  I knew that I was dreaming and was paying fuller attention to this dream more than other dreams.
Note: I had previous dreams about being back at uni studying. Funny thing is that most of the dreams about uni is also about studying.

the actual dream
I was studying for an exam on space (universe) related topics. I had my mother and partner with me. I watched a video to help with my revision.  I watched the beginning of the tape, paused it and ask my partner if he could explain what was on the tape. I felt nervous in the dream. Then I actually (in real life) thought to myself how lazy I am to leave things to the last minute. I had enough of the dream and decided to get up and not finish the dream.
 
I recognized that I am a person who tend to rush things at the twelveth hour. What I would like to know is whether asking questions in dreams is usual. Also whether there is anything else I could learn from this dream or this type of dream.

              I had a bit a fun when I replying on posts about seeing repeated numbers. I was typing away about having seen many repeated numbers like 1:11 in the afternoons. Oops, I just decided to watch the digital clock for fun and I am about to see 9:49. Yes, I just caught that in time!
Back to where I was, I was typing away... and I decided to see if I could see  1:11 on the clock. And I did. Kind of played "catch me if u can"! It was fun.

            just  wondering if the stones in the picture are lined up in the order of 1st chakra down the eighth one. Each chakra can have a specific range of stones that can be used to activate it.
