Excuse me for asking this but, how old are you now?

Hello everyone,

It has been quite a while since the last time I posted.  Was it maybe 3 or 4 years ago?  I even had to create the email address to regain my password!

Well, it feels good to be back.  Kinda like re entering a body after looong time away from it, hee, hee.

So, I decided my first post to be in this folder because I will soon finish writing my first book.  It is rather short.  I narrate a pasage of my life when I was experimenting with kirlian fotography and by accident (wink,wink, we all know there are no "accidents") I got a photo taken of a totally and completely golden aura. 

I believe in God ( or whatever name you want to give to the Creator and Sustainer Force).  My book is about the effect of trusting God.

Anyway, I will soon post about it with a much clearer sinopsis.

I'm new here and have never been able to astral project at will. ... Actually, the only reason I searched for this forum  was this question (on the subject line).  However when I found this forum I got too excited reading messages and... well, now i've been a member for a few weeks and finally remember to ask my question.
The thing is, what I gather from reading your posts is that you need to be relaxed to try to astral project, but, when I'm relaxed, I also feel like having sex so....  is it harder to astral project after a good (or maybe a couple) of good orgasms?
I need the opinion of the experts.  Maybe once I feel relaxed I should try to astral project first and then, if I don't end up deep asleep, I can have sex... as consolation?  hhhmmm... if I go first for sex I will be alot more relaxed afterwards but I'm concerned that I will have lost enough energy to have even less chances to astral proyect.

Well, congratulaitons on your first OB!!! It's amazing. What technique did you use? I've been trying it for years (ok, no too hard but every now and then) and still nothing really. I'm always overcome by fear.

How did you do it? How did you manage to not be afraid?

From reading the book from Richard Bach: The Bridge Across Forever I gather animals do astral poject, but... I'm not sure they do it conciously, maybe they do, why not?  may be it's a lot more natural for them than it is for us.  However... from there to them speaking English (or any other language for that matter) while astral projecting... I don't know.  BUT I have heard that apparently a horse in England won't speak the same "language" as a horse in Sweden. I don't remember exactly where I heard it, it was one of those research programs on TV.

Weeell thank you guys    Your inputs have helped me to get a better idea of what to expect.  Personally, after sex I do feel kinda drained of energy, I mean, if I have a GOOD orgasm I usually use a lot of energy.  So afterwards it's like... I even loose interest in the idea of astral projection! lol

I will continue to experiment, but mostly I will continue to read your posts on how to astral project.  The things is that when the atmosphere is right for a relaxing time, it is usually also right for sex :-/    the choice is hard....

I just want to make sure I understood one of your points. Do you mean that when a man is able to have a conversation with a woman about things that are personal, private and dear to him there is an emotional link established, so... he thinks the obvious next step is to sleep with her?
