i have been doing my aura training and all i see is something white glowing.i don't see any other colour

hi
i have been practising for sometime but yesterday the center of my chest started to hurt while i was practising.today in the morning while i tried again i could relax my body completely.i could feel my body go numb.i tried to do ap but i couldn't.please help

thanks i am trying i can see some aura of the books but i can't see my aura!how long will it take?
