I'm Arman, and I'm 25, live in Southern California, lately have been experiencing OBE symptoms, but have yet to consciously have an OBE. One of these days. I have Robert Bruce's book, but man that thing is tedious. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions.

Just focus on your breath. Set a timer for five minutes and then work your way up to an hour. If any thoughts come up just excuse them and continue to focus on your breathing, all the while trying to relax your body.

I wonder, would it be possible to make a thread like this for say those in their college years. I'm 24 and looking for people of a similar age. And, yes I do not belong in this thread, but it would be cool to see a 18-25 forum started up.

Thanks for your suggestion. I know of a spiritual store nearby. I should ask them if they know of anything. Good suggestion. I'm fairly young, 24, and everyone I come across is physically of an older age as well. I live nearer to Los Angeles. Thanks for your help.

PS: Does anyone live in the Southern California area and know of any good groups for learning AP, or just some good spiritual groups. I appreciate the feedback.

To be honest, this film being made disturbed me because of its impact on people's thought processes, and no movie before has ever disturbed me.

I don't think you can know what's going to happen unless, as a few others pointed out, the future is already determined (or the probabilities for one specific trend is large enough that your higher self/soul/whatever can show it to you), and you're supposed to access it.
So I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Thank you. I tried focusing on the date and looking into my third eye region but nothing appears. But, the date does come to me very often, so I assume that whatever it is must be pretty close to being determined at this time, so it most likely is something that I should know. If anyone can help me with this, it would be appreciated.

I do have question, because the month of March keeps coming up for me, do you think it is in my best interest to know what is in store for the future or not. My worry is that by knowing the future, I may inadvertently cause a paradox, thus preventing that future from happening.

Hi, I really didn't know where to post this, and since this was my first post, I decided here was as good as anywhere.

Anyway, I have been aware of this site for at least 4 years now. I actually registered a long time ago, and made about ten posts but forget my screen name. lol

Moving on, lately, the month of March has been popping into my mind at various times randomly. At first, I had given no thought to it. But, it has become more and more frequent. The most recent time that it happened, I was having a conversation with a friend, and I had a sense of deja vu, and the month March popped into my mind at the same moment as the deja vu feeling. I told my friend. And, then I remembered that the month of March had been popping into my head like that at totally random times. Anyway, I was hopping that someone might be able to tell me if there is a major even that will happen in my life and if so, what. If you have that ability. Or, if there is going to be a major event on a worldwide scale that is going to happen.

I also want to note that I have been attempting Astral Projection on and off for some time. I have Robert Bruce's book, but once I reach day 15, I go blah. I don't know. I wish there was a better technique out there, but everyone praises Robert Bruce. I've had some lucid dreams. I also have had a couple of near OBE experiences including seeing stuff through my third eye including an extraterrestrial mother ship. I also believe that I had a visitation one night. I can provide more details if you like. Anyway, thanks for everything. I greatly appreciate it.
