As for the thing wrapped around your arm it might have just been because in the physical you were laying on it in a position that caused it to hurt and you were brought back to your body so you could move.

And as for not being able to see I had that problem too when I first got OOB for the first few times. Then I started saying "Clarity now" or "vision now" and it would help alot

I think there was nothing on the bed back then, but i also thought similarly because i was in a bath robe, but not sure, because after that the feeling was weird indeed.

Thanks for the advise on seeing, joel1212 and justin35ll, i should try that next time. But any idea on me being "thrown out" in the mornings? because that really bugs the hell out of me.. it seems i am only able to enter back into my body normally when something happens in physical next to me... or after some indefinite time period which tends to be pretty long.

Should that be true... how many number of souls have inhabited your body during any extended period of time?
I personally can't believe that to be true.  But meh, that's just me. 

No it's ok, you can't tell what is true in this world anymore by just listening and reading theory..

There are animals and even people with no soul, sometimes called biorobots by occult and esoterics specialists. That name is given since the only thing that keeps it moving is different combinations of programs. Originally survival instincts programmed in DNA, but also many programs add up from around as it is "living". About emotions, it might show those - similar to how you program a computer program - If xxxx occurs then yyyy happens.  Empty vessel on autopilot... If you can see auras it is easy to say if you are looking to one with no soul. The aura of it does not look like an aura of any normal being, not even corrupted, it looks like full of strings oddly reminding a string musical instrument. Of course it has energy, as well as astral body, different vessels, but no real consciousness as it has no soul.. However... this being may gain soul. Sounds pretty stupid, but even normal living beings may have change of soul. The new soul that occupies the body, doesn't even remember it's coming on earth, since it gains access to all the information/memories/experiences stored in the brain and DNA of body it occupies, so it feels like one has been living like that since one was born. This is actually a pretty deep topic.. just tried to explain it the easy way. There many things to rack one's brains on, since our society has been made a sleeping one...

Since i am new to this forum i don't know if i am actually using the right section, but topic i'm about to start seems to match the descriptions.

Anyhow i'm about to tell you few of my "beginner" experiences and problems so to say and i hope that perhaps experienced astral travelers or the ones who study AP and OBEs would explain few things to me.

Before you judge me - i have changed during the period starting of where my story begins until now, i was reckless and didn't know love as i do now. Also - English is not my native, i type as i can =)

So, won't get too much into telling background and minor details, i don't know what kind of people actually are here so i won't tell COMPLETELY everything. But basically about a year and a half ago i was crazy and a bit overobsessed with AP, wanted to experience it myself. Read different literature and techniques, tried few of them but not so eagerly at the beginning, many factors kept me from complete devotion to it, so didn't work at start. I was pretty close with few far spiritually evolved people and at that time spent much time with them. Little later being home feeling pretty tired i thought of taking a nap, but when i lied down i thought maybe i could try projecting then and i did immediately, but not fully, i got half of my astral body out and was being pulled back like with a magnet really strongly, i tried to resist it, but was pulled back into body after all. I was pretty excited and thought it was at least a good start.

A day or few days later i tried to project again, and i did. Fully this time, i stood beside my bed and tried jumping but after the jump i ended up floating, cool, i thought. I was really out, however there was a little problem, i didn't see a thing. When i tried to open my eyes - the eyes of my physical body opened! There was this awkward feeling of seeing one picture while actually being somewhere else, and somehow my mind back then "didn't understand" much and was trying to solve everything automatically, if you know what i mean, so next thing i knew was i got pulled into my body again. I tried to project immediately after that another time, remembered that i had read of some similar "astral blindness problem" and it had been explained there that it occurred to some practitioners, while they were being too close to their physical body, so i thought i would just keep going farther of my body being blind until i finally see something. When i did project successfully i first thought of "jumping" out of my window, but since i was so inexperienced i went the normal physical way - walking through the doors. So i walked out of my room, still being completely blind, the astral plane seemed so quiet. I didn't see a thing but i visualized everything of what i felt, similar to walking with your eyes closed in physical. So i walked out of my flat into the staircase. I kept walking blindly until i bumped into what felt as some sort of floating cloth or something and i don't know what got over me back then but i tried to tear it apart at first, but then i thought: "wait, what if this thing is alive and i am now hurting it" so i let it go and was trying to apologize while suddenly this thing violently wrapped around my right arm and it got painful and also some paralyzing feel, i got scared and went back to my body with a speed of light, kinda tried to tear it off of my hand and it felt like i was successful, then i got back into my body. After that my right arm still even physically felt little weak and a bit weird, so i asked one of my "friends" to help me get rid of it, everything was fixed and it seemed like i had encountered some sort of astral parasite or something, i was warned not to go out in astral like that ever again.

After that i didn't try to go out in astral plane with my astral body like that for some time. I was trying to learn technique of projecting there with a temporary mentally created body, but with my level of spiritual development it was too complicated. I did however project again once normally, but with all the thoughts in my head i somehow shifted into a dream.
At the beginning of this year i was going through dark and chaotic times, which i won't tell publicly and projected at that time few times, during which i had few encounters with some astral dwellers but pretty shortly and blindly again.

Since that, never been going into astral again. But lately, i am being thrown there unwillingly. Few days a week i wake up in my astral body beside my physical body and am not even able to enter my physical body right away!!! I am still blind, but opening eyes this time does not help. Yes, eyes of my physical body open again, and there is this awkward feeling again, but my mind has been going through such states that now it seems normal and there is this awkward feeling - i see the ceiling(or wall or something sometimes) but otherwise i can move only my astral body, i am jumping around the room, running, hitting pillow, going crazy with my astral body.. when finally after some pretty long time i am able to enter my body and get up normally.. Maybe i am given some opportunity?

Maybe someone can give me an advise or at least explain me some of this? I didn't share much but i feel like i've already shared too much. Don't know much of readers.. and i never share something like this, but i need to get few things straight..
