I was wondering. You can project just by concentrating on something. Well in a trance, your concentrating (by creating falling sensations and whatever) and also lowering your brainwaves/frequencies. So is it possible to project by just a trance alone?

Purple: indicates spiritual thoughts. Purple is never a strong point in the Aura. It appears only as temporary "clouds" and "flames", indicating truly spiritual thoughts.

Blue: Balanced existence, sustaining life, eased nerve system, transmitting forces and energy. People with blue strong point in their Aura are relaxed, balanced and feel ready to live in a cave and survive. They are born survivors. Blue thought is a thought about relaxing the nerve system to achieve the balance of the mind or a thought about surviving. Electric blue can override any other color in the Aura, when the person is receiving and/or transmitting information in a telepathic communication.

Turquoise: indicates dynamic quality of being, highly energized personality, capable of projection, influencing other people. People with turquoise strong point in their Aura can do many things simultaneously and are good organizers. They feel bored when forced to concentrate on one thing. People love bosses with turquoise Auras, because such bosses explain their goals and influence their team rather than demand executing their commands. Turquoise thought is a thought about organizing and influencing others.

Green: restful, modifying energy, natural healing ability. All natural healers should have it. People with a green strong point in their Auras are natural healers. The stronger the green Aura, the better the healer. They also love gardening and usually have a "green hand" - anything grows for them. Being in a presence of a person with a strong and green Aura is a very peaceful and restful experience. Green thought indicates a restful state and healing.

Yellow: joy, freedom, non-attachment, freeing or releasing vital forces. People who glow yellow are full of inner joy, very generous and not attached to anything. Yellow halo around the head: high spiritual development. A signature of a spiritual teacher. Do not accept spiritual teachings from anyone who does not have such a yellow halo. Buddha and Christ had yellow halos extending to their arms. Today it is rare on Earth to find a person with a halo larger than 1 inch. Yellow halo appears as a result of a highly active brow chakra. Highly spiritual people stimulate the brow chakra continuously for many years, because they always have intensive spiritual thoughts in their minds. When this chakra is observed when highly active, a yellow (Auric pair) halo appears around it, surrounding the entire head. Yellow thought indicates a moment of joy and contentment.

Orange: uplifting and absorbing. Inspiring. A sign of power. Ability and/or desire to control people. When orange becomes a strong point, it usually contributes to a yellow halo, which then becomes gold, indicating not only a spiritual teacher, but a powerful spiritual teacher, someone capable of demonstrating his/her unique abilities. Orange thought is a thought about exercising power or a desire to control people.

Red: materialistic thoughts, thoughts about the physical body. Predominantly red Aura indicates materialistically oriented person.

Pink (=purple+red): love (in a spiritual sense). To obtain a clean pink, you need to mix the purple (the highest frequency we perceive) with red (the lowest frequency). Pink Aura indicates that the person achieved a perfect balance between spiritual awareness and the material existence. The most advanced people have not only a yellow halo around the head (a permanent strong point in the Aura) but also a large pink Aura extending further away. The pink color in the Aura is quite rare on Earth and appears only as a temporary thought, never as a strong point in the Aura.

Brown: unsettling, distracting, materialistic, negating spirituality.

Gray: dark thoughts, depressing thoughts, unclear intentions, presence of a dark side of personality.

Sulfur (color of mustard): pain or lack of ease, anger

White: serious disease, artificial stimulation (drugs). Why does the white color in the Aura indicate problems? White color is like a noise, rather than a set of harmonious tones (monochromatic colors). It is impossible to "tune" the noise to an orchestra playing harmonious music, hence the white Aura indicates a lack of harmony in the body and mind. Nature, which we are a part of, is harmonious. This harmony comes in discrete vibration "tones" or harmonics, partially described by the modern quantum physics.
Several hours before the death, the Aura becomes white, and greatly increases in intensity. For this reason in most cultures "death" is depicted in WHITE (not black), because in the past, people could actually see a white Aura before death.

Just so you know, I didn't write this myself [;)]

This thing is supposed to help you AP. It doesn't work for me, how about you?

I'll try and see if I can project from there no matter what horrible things I may see.

Erm, you can project from sleep paralysis right?
#5
Can someone tell me what each of the kenisis's are so I can choose the right one for me.
#6
For example, if you gather Chakra to your legs, will you be able to run faster?
Or if you gather Chakra to your hands and then punch somebody would it REALLY hurt?

I have come up with my own technique.

Visualize your Astral body, make it grey. In the background, have a white warp effect. Make your Astral body lie on its back and make it look as if its flying.

To summerize: Your grey Astral body is lying on its back flying forwards with a white warp effect everwhere.

I have had good results with this. Can someone else try it? I done it lying down.

After many failed attempts, I decided to use BrainWave Generator. What a great idea that was.

After 20 minutes of boredom, I could feel some strange sensations. My nose became heavy. Each side of my face felt like they had crossed over eachother. Then I could feel my mouth opening, but I could sense that my mouth was closed. Then I realised that it was actually my Astral mouth which was opening. My whole body now had a strange, warm sensation. Some parts of my body were slightly vibrating.

I could now feel my heart more clearly than ever, every single heartbeat. This was not good since my heatbeat had increased by twice the speed. I had to breathe much faster in order to supply myself with enough oxygen. I felt slightly sick. I felt lightheaded, fear had now crept in. It actually felt like I was dying.

Enough was enough. I got up.
My body was shaking and shivering. It must have been in shock since its the first time it has experienced this.

I was so close, but I read that when you are frightened it means that you are not ready for the voyage yet. I will try again another time.

I WAS close though right? Can anyone give me some useful advice?

Astral Projection and OBE's?

I read that sometimes you get this thing which is like a watcher. It just stays there and looks at you. Its an entity that cannot hurt you. Its there to test your fear. If anyone has seen it or other demonic creatures, what do they look like?

These must have been pretty scary for you...

Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Was I close?

First I entered the hypnagogic state. Then I tried to use the "staring at objects" method. Failed. I went to sleep.
When I woke up, my whole body was vibrating quite hard. In fact, it caused my bunk bed to vibrate as well. At first I thought it was my mum trying to wake me up. I turned to look at her. No one was there. Then the vibrations stopped, probably because I moved.
Were these THE vibrations? Was I close to an OBE? Why did I vibrate?

Hmm, lets look at the book Astral Dynamics.

Robert Bruce was practising real-time sight (Seeing into the Astral). He had been teaching his friend OBE techniques. That night his friend had been trying to OBE. Bruce saw his friend float into the room looking really happy and amazed. He waved at Bruce and Bruce waved back whilst keeping his relaxed state. His friend dissapeared through the wall. The next day, his friend was so excited about it all and they both confirmed things like waving at each other and all.
This means Bruce 'did' indeed see him and that his friend's experience wasn't just a dream.

Woah! I'd never pay so much even if it is for an OBE. I'm sure they may work though.

I'd rather go with Brainwave generator.

Ok i just had a oobe and to tell you the truth it felt more like a realm of sleep because when i woke up i was refreshed and ready to start my day same as dreaming.

No s***!? Normally when you project your body is asleep. That proved nothing.
#15
quote:
SO iam awake why must i be unconsious to have a oobe?? why cant i have one when iam fully aware and wantto come out of my body.

[V] you CAN! You don't have to be unconcious. You can project and do whatever and back at home your physical body could be watching TV. This happens when you miss the projection exit and so don't realise you have projected. At this stage you control your physical body. When your astral body returns all the memories of its experience are transferred or exchanged with the physical body. Then you realise that you had projected and have memories of what you did. It's called the mind split because you basically have two minds.

Now people who have learned to adapt with the mind split can be concious of both bodies at once.

And what funeral service would take out your brain to save it anyway?

The brain and mind. The brain is an organ which controls the body and recieves and stores data. The mind is kind of similar and is non physical. A part of the soul.

The body has the brain.
The spirit has the mind.

Are we fighting just weak negitives??

Almost yes. Their really common but I've read an experience where a guy got pushed hard through a window. You can find it on this site here:
http://www.astralpulse.com/articles/robert/articles_8.htm
It's the last few paragraphs titled 'Rod'.

quote:
Also can a evil projector kill a good projector??

If you mean getting blown right back into your body then yes. You can never really die.

quote:
Can you feel in the spirit world such as pain if you can feel fear you can feel pain cant you??

Yes there's pain. But VERY VERY little. If something happens where it would hurt like Hell then you won't feel anything

You can learn more by reading the article about astral beings here:

Maybe he didn't read the thread. I just quickly mentioned it in another topic of his.

Also If i Travled to space and saw earth and created a ki blast on the planet and destroyed it, then do i kill every projector on that planet??

If you used a Ki Blast you wouldn't destroy it. You just can't, there are restrictions on such devestating things.
The blast COULD explode, but Earth, nope.

I take it it's your first time projecting. What technique did you use?

Okay Scott, here's something very horny. You can visit fictional worlds such as the all favoured Final Fantasy.
Can you feel an orgasm coming on [:D]?
#21
Yeah, Robert Bruce has visited the Atmic Dimension which is a real holy place and he saw many holy beings such as angels. Basically, you could call it Heaven.

quote:
There is good In the Astral world but what about the evil??

Yes of course. You can't have good without evil.

quote:
Can anything be destroyed in the astral world??

Hmm don't know. But you can kill negative entities, or rather they die and get sent back to where they belong e.g The lower dimensions.
#22
Yep, yep. Frightens the life out of me. Has me reaching for the sides of my bed [:)]
#23
quote:
MY ROOM HAS NEVER LOOKED 100% RIGHT

Perfectly normal. It's known as reality fluctuations, you'll probably get that occasionally if your not experienced in AP. That and you have 360 degree vision in the Astral, so if an object is behind you your brain might get confused and thus you'll see it somewhere in front of you.
#24
quote:
If not, maybe you are being blocked for a reason.

True true. Sometimes your just not ready to project. Don't give up though, one day permission will be granted.

A few tips:
1) When you wake up, DON'T MOVE. You don't want to break away from that low awareness and sleep.
2) If you remember your dream anyway (happens sometimes [:)]) then its all sorted. If not, then think. You may remember a slight fragment of your dream.
3) Pronouncing a Mantra in your head can sometimes help remember. RAOM GAOM - Raaaaaahhhhhhhhhooooooohhhhhmmmmmmmmmm Gaaaaahhhhhhhooooohhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmm
When saying this (in your head), a fragment of your dream can sometimes just pop up out of nowhere.
4) When you've remembered something, thing on it some more. Just try and think of the events which happened leading up to or away from your current dream fragment. Just like that, it all becomes clear (seriously).
5) As you remember more and more, you will be able to retrace everything that happened in your dream.
6) If all fails, don't worry. I've sometimes remembered my dreams during the day due to some slight pondering.

I'm getting more and more aware. Sometimes I'm dreaming and can feel/sense my physical body and still see my dream, not so clearly, but CAN see it. And when I think of something with my physical body, I see it happen in the dream. Its weird, cause I actually think I'm daydreaming, but then I wake up fully...

When I'm Lucid dreaming, I can actually wake myself up at my will when I don't like whats happening (usually when I abuse an Anime/Game Babe [;)]) and then go back into my current dream but at a different place away from the trouble.

I've also had (and I'm sure other people have to) dreams which take place in the same place. I know I've had different dreams which happen in the same area about 10 times. And thats just one place. I've got many more places I've created with my mind. It's so cool to actually have my own world and meet the SAME people and actually be REMEMBERED.

Remember, when going to sleep, repeat in your mind:
"I will remember my dreams" - To remember dreams.
"I will remember my dreams and wake up after each one" - To remember dreams and to wake up after each one to write it down.
"I will be aware that I am dreaming" - For a Lucid dream.
