Hey, maybe you guys can help me tonight !!! I'd love to know more on this!!!

Hmmmm... I haven't experience this OBE yet. But this "vibrations", I think I had, trice.. I felt something on my chest vibrating.. very intense at the same time I was having sleep paralysis. I was trying my best to scream so that my wife could hear me but I can't. for some reasons I just woke up after forcing myself to.. then went back to sleep then this intense vibration on my chest came back then noticing someone (a girl) was with me my room... I was so freaked out! then woke up again!.
Well, I don't know if it was the "vibration" or if I was pretty close to making it happen (OBE)? I just started reading with astrals and stuffs and just read about "awakening" and the "purpose to life". Pretty cool and interesting reality about spirituality that we are here in the physical world to be awakened and to "learn / level up"..

Let's see where it would take me...
