My explanation:

Our entire consciousness is jumping between parallel universes so often that this effect takes place.

The Mandela effect I could confirm affirmative is the movie "Interview with the vampire" in this universe, in the other universe is "Interview with a vampire", both universes have google search, in one universe almost all the movies will say Interview with a vampire, in this universe almost all the movies will say Interview with the vampire, for that reason someone could remember the name of the movie  "Interview with a vampire". The location of earth on Milky way was different on both universes.

When you jump from one universe to a different one don't feel sad, because you are living in both universes, the differences between universes are minimal, everything is interconnected.

There are glitches, one way to detect jumps is looking carefully when everything goes slow motion for a few seconds (15 or less), including cars on movement. Time changes.

As far as I know, those are thought forms created by ourselves. We give them "life" and power. We shouldn't ...

Those entities exist everywhere in the lower astral, we could see them while sleep paralysis just before leaving physical body, the astral vampire scares people to feed and get stronger, if they success they maintain their presence around the traveler, the best way to deal with them is to just ignore their presence so we could progress the OBE.

I mean i could feel the water on all my body but still, when i opened my eyes, again, zap into my body, which i checked, wasnt wet at all (discarding sleep walking). That last time the moment i opened my eyes i just barely got to see two men trying to grab me, like centimeters away from me, but as soon as i saw them, i zapped back to my body and sleep paralysis.
I must say this has happened several nights lately.

Somehow there are lot of entities trying to scare us so we get back to our bodies. They are known as astral vampires, they have the ability to scare people [they will represent whatever causes you fear, it could be a gray [ufo/alien]] while dream paralysis, the astral vampires are the cause 95% of people can't do a conscious OBEs.

That is an interesting account. Do you remember the details? What country was this? What were your relatives like? What sort of belief system did you have? What sorts of food did you eat? How much did you travel? Do you remember the names of places?

Or is it more shrouded in a haze you only half remember?

I had an experience of a non-physical space that seemed to last for some weeks... something like being in a sort of "school" where a number of us were being detained. It was vivid at the time, and right after it happened, but my memory of it is a bit more dim now. I can't believe that was 5 years ago. It felt like it was a year or two back...

After I wake up I remembered anything of the past life for 5 or 10 minutes, I was that guy of the past life, but at the same time I was trying hard to find an answer of where am I?, As soon as I start recognizing my room, my brother then ALL the memories of the past life were gone, now I only remember images, but maybe under hypnosis I could travel again back on time.

I read your experience, when I am doing an OBE I regularly visited places where you are learning or being tested by black angels or superior entities. I knew my guide name just asking for it on the "school".

I visited a place where I could find dead friends and dead people, they didn't know they were actually dead, I told my friend that he was dead but his family was ok so he could rest and find a different path instead of being trapped on that place where time is always the same. The hells and heavens were more interesting places to visit, but more dangerous [hell].

How did you differentiate between a past life, and a dream? For a 12 years old, it must've been perplexing to completely experience an adult's life.

The past life experience happened only once, you have a different name, status, you live every single day of that life, you know places, friends, family, there is no difference between living a past life and living a present life.

In a dream you could have a regular dream, a lucid or a nightmare, however it's very easy to know that you were dreaming after waking up.

For a 12 year old it was traumatic, I experienced my first panic attack. It's very hard to assimilate the experience after you suddenly wake up, its like time travel.

I once spent many years living in a desert. How many I don't know but it seemed forever. Physical time anywhere between the time I fell asleep and the time I woke up. Hours maybe or just a few minutes. Hard to tell.

When I was young, maybe 12 years old, I experienced a complete past life of around 30 years, living around the year 1800, there were lot of wagon horses, I had a nice home, family and friends.

I suddenly wake up and felt so confused that I can't recognize my own brother for 10 minutes and asked him several times where I was, I experience my first panic attack, I try hard not going crazy, slowly I recover my memory and forgot all the past life.

I have been observing my Aura from time to time after suddenly waking up around 3 am [I could be in the middle of a lucid dream or after an OBE].

The color of my aura is green every time I observe it. I have seen my aura at least 20 times during different years.

However, 1 time and fully conscious I observed on my aura a new phenomenon.

Instead of the intense green light that normally surround my aura I observe a digital aura, I mean, my entire body was compose of green squares all interconnected and vibrating. I felt like a part of a computer simulation.

Does anyone has a similar experience?

I have seen my aura many times around 2 am or 3 am, normally it appears bright or a little bit bright but in the same color..

However, this is the first time that I see my aura totally different, it was compose of multiple squares interconected, it seems like a digital aura, just squares all over my body, the size of the squares varies (the fingers have small squares), all of them have the same color of my normal aura. The experiece lasted about 15 seconds.

Anyone has a similar experience?

After several years studying thorough the subject and hundreds of experiences I reach the conclusion that it is a knowledge tool.

1. We are inmortal consciences.
2. We live in an universe of multiple dimensions with different bodies in each of them.
3. We live a cycle of life and death to be able to learn a single essential truth: THE LOVE.

An unconditional love that does not judge, that does not wish to have the other, nor waits for nothing in return. Why judging others if we do not have perspective?, if we don't know its life (this and the previous ones) nor the circumstances of his/her life, we are different but we have the same essence.

All we are here for learning, and in this process the error is a phase, a way that has the life to make understand us. Who is not mistaken, who does not commit errors?. Who is able to love of that form? without absolute interest?, without having, putting themselves superficially nor below nobody, without putting in front its ego to the others?.

The other day my daughter of 9 years told me: " Father, I believe that all we are brothers, I have friends, my friends have friends who I do not know and they also have other friends and then we are the same and we are related we are all brothers ".

Sometimes the children see the things clearest that we adults.

Don't waste our energy, WE LIVE CONSCIOUS ON OUR THOUGHTS AND OUR ACTS, AS WELL AS ON THEIR CONSEQUENCES. But it's easy to say this but very difficult to put it in practice.

My question is next, is the lucid dream a paradise for perverts?, A pedophile can have sex with children, a rapist can do it with any females or males, an assassin can kill anyone, incest, any type of pervesions are possible, what do you think about this?

Relevant projection of last 3 days, what I learned,

1. In the first day I see myself as an entity that vibrates with light, I also see another entity that not emit any light or vibrates, it was expecting astral sex with me but I refuse immediately.

2. The next day I see myself as part of 2 independent things, 1 of them was the physical part and the other the non-physical, I could see both and the importance of each in the process of projection.

3. Today, I project to a site where people are death, I could see people live around but they can't see the death people around them. Then after I see one of the died person (I could see like a soul but can't see his/her face) I salute and the soul also salute,after that then I was sure that the soul saw me. I don't have fear, I know the experience was strange but in the scene 2 people for some reason I know are death suddenly appear, both salute me as if they were alive, I salute them also, I have some questions for the world I discovered, are you death people? A: yes, when you die you come to this place, this place is huge, don't worry, friends are waiting here, I see you salute people here and then we know you could see us so we are here to talk with you.

We were talking about them and the other souls, they told me that they were happy in that place, the place I saw was like a dessert with some little trees, it seems huge, Are bad people here? A: yes, but they can't do to you nothing because we are protecting you, don't worry. I did the next cuestion because I felt that world had some dangers, What happen if you die again? A: nothing, I am eternal now, I can't die again.

Then I were thinking in Nagual experiments in that moment so I did my last question to them, what do you know about future?, One of them told me that an important war will happen soon, the other said every war is important.

In the last part of other experience I saw a name of a street with the name of a spirit. Could it be the name of my guide?

I really don't know if I'm doing right or wrong stopping the perversions LD, but for me it's the end of experiments, I want to grow my AP to a higher level, I feel that perversions are for the lower levels..

The best time to remember dreams is at morning (in my case), 7 or 8 am, you need full concentration after wake up, usually the alarm clock sounded when you are dreaming, and the process of remember is very easy..

Immediately after wake up you must think in what you dreamed only, then images appear in your mind and you start to remember gradually all of your dreams, usually 6 or 8 different dreams appear..

A single image could make you remember an entire dream.
