Hi erm... im not sure what i believe yet but this astral stuff sounds like the closest thing to my experiances. This sounds a bit crazy to me so i'll just come out with it - i have had sleep paralysis for many years but i am only recently coming to terms with it. Sometimes it would happen several times a night then not for a few months or every night for 2 weeks. But there is sleep paralysis then something else with a different feeling.
I was laying on my back and i felt it coming on (buzzing/whooshing in ears strange tingling throughout the body etc) then it felt like i was dying - like my soul was starting to float upwards. As weird as it sounds to say it i seemed to guess instantly what it was without ever knowing or experiancing anything like it before. Its happened many times in different ways. I once seemed to get up, sometimes other presences (cant think of another word) sort of draining the tingling out of me by touching a specific area and once even trying to pull me away (i thought i had died and was being taken to hell).
I dont know much about this but any thoughts advice or questions would help a lot (feel free to tell me im crazy)
