I became lucid on a dream and decided to have an obe. I did a roll out procedure, and ended up on the side of my bed. I had no vision and I asked for clarity, but to no avail.  I asked for clarity again, and tried to looked at my hands.  My hands appeared and all suddenly in the background the whole room appeared. This was not my bedroom. This room had hard wooden floors and was very small. The bedroom led to the kitchen. The kitchen led to the living room and back to the bedroom. This house/structure was circular in dimension. I decided to ask to see my spiritual guide. This was the first time I requested to see a spiritual guide. I saw a shadow figure nearby, I approached the shadow, but this shadow was on the move. I followed this shadow around this circular structure, and it kept moving away from me. I was somewhat frustrated, I felt that I was running around in circles. I asked, "please let me see my spiritual guide, let me c-ya". All of suddenly the shadow became a visible form, and appeared to me at the kitchen. She wore dark clothing, and had a see through vail on. I sat down near the kitchen table, and she sat down across from me. I notice she was avoiding eye contact, until I asked her for her name, She replied, "My name is Menuha". I tried to repeat her name, but I could tell by her facial expression I was not close.
I was about to asked her another question when I woke up. That morning I went on the internet to see if this name exists, since I personally never heard of this name.  I found the name "Menuha" (Jewish) which means tranquility in Hebrew.

Hello Nahaz,and Altoxff,

I hope soon I will answers to these valid points. Once I project I will call to see my SG, and whomever appears I will asked if you are my SG, and what name you take. I know that I will still recognize Menuha if she does appear. I guess time will tell.

Shaman thanks for the information, I could see an outlined of what appeared to be a see through vail, I was able to see her entire face. If that makes any sense. When I asked her name she did replied, "Menu ha" like clearing your throat, the example you used. I will try to project this weekend, Since most of my obe are perfomed during a time when I am able to over-sleep. I will definately call out to her when I am able project.
