Thanks for replying geass, the truth was I had no relationship with her, I had my breakdown and then lost my job and never saw her again. I was doing kundalini yoga at the time without the preperation from a master, just from books faultily done and I think this contributed to it.
She used to look over me and I would feel immense butterflies in the stomach as though she had punched me just through a look
I wrote her a private letter in a christmas card and I don"t know if she showed it around or not but the boss said he"d put it over the tanoi, so he must have known that I sent it whether she let everyone read it or not. She gave me an xmas card without response.
I met someone else later on who looked very like her who I had a relationship with for 6 years and wonder if the dream was warning of her instead of this person at work.
Yes, I think the woman at work had two sides to her nature - could she have been into the occult?

What is this dream about that I had 10 years ago about a woman I was obsessed about at work just before I had a breakdown? I was taunting and teasing her for reasons unknown while her back was turned. She suddenely turned round and she was like medusa with snakes in her hair as fire shot out of her eyes. I woke up (in reality, not in my dream) and looked under the sheets and sparks were flying out of my solar plexus lighting up underneath the sheets. I looked towards the door and a mischievous slightly evil imp like character was running out laughing

Hi, I"m new to this board and I want to ask about something that I"ve asked if others have but no one does. I get momentary cold shivers to my heart region and sometimes warm feelings that last a lot longer  regardless of outside temperature or what I am thinking.
Can you please tell me what these could be. Am I giving energies and taking energies from others or are they giving them and taking them from me or both? Which one is which? They happen mostly when I am alone and not thinking of any one or thing in particular. Thank you.
