Oh that's wonderful ! I wish that would happen to me

Hey, how do you know this ? My first guess would be the thought comes first but I can't be sure, it happens too fast.
#3
Why is the heart chakra by the heart ? Did someone decide to make this up and make the heart chakra that place for love etc ? Since the heart is supposed to be some symbol ? Or is that really the place and it is a coincidence that its by the heart ?

idk if I believe in spirits who are like, evil. As in evil by nature. I believe in people who decide to be bad though. I wont say bad things out there are all conjured up by you, because it sounds dumb. Its like saying its all good and the astral cant have bad people in it (well, not "like" saying it, it is saying that..lol). Ive heard encounters where people weren't expecting or thinking about A B or C. Ive also heard some things claiming it was easy to be safe though, with your thoughts, like hm conjure things, be confident

The way I see it, you're creating this "black cloaked figure" via your beliefs.
It's nothing but a manifestation of the part I bolded.  Lose the belief, lose the cloaked dude.  :)

How come you always say this ? Isn't it possible another entity was with him in the room, or that another person was with *anybody* anywhere that wasn't manifested? I read it over and over and it doesn't seem he in the first place expected some random guy who is not really a guy to be there. Isn't it totally possible he just keeps coming ?

Oh, I forgot my Not An Attack tag. Just in case. This isnt an attack on anyone or anything.

We want details now.

This is from the onion then ? Im so frigging gullible >.>

Ah I feel happy for you !

Unfortunately for me not much progress except snapping out of it when I begin to "dream". And I even got worse at that. I dont like doing it at night either, especially not without someone awake.

By asleep I think I meant their body relaxed? maybe even paralysis... Id rather have it without paralysis though lol... I think. I really suck at not sleeping with my body.
#11
ooo, if it is, I have projected at least twice. Hmm.
#12
How do you strain your brain... I keep triggering my adrenaline rushes.. Oh. wait. ah ok. That same thing that happens when I try to turn my face red. The only pressure I feel is in my skull bones tho so idk if Im straining my brain...

Well, I think I've received info from others. (The people didn't actually send me anything purposely). It has an urgent feel to it and what not but I don't feel it as someone else's. I can usually tell when it is from someone else though because of it's random and urgent..ness... lol. It has a higher chance of happening when someone is going to *say* something from what I've experienced. So maybe it doesn't come out as someone else's thought.

Hm Is there any proof he's missing ? What is his name ?

Meh. He probably won't give a name. Oops, dead thread.
#15
Oh. Site not working ? Yay.

I don't think it is such a good idea to go big with this. (imagining big as in lots of people buying, maybe even after it's been proven to work and AP is broken as a myth...o.O)    Is there an Auto Defense/ Shield/ Stay out of my house-inator coming with that ? :-(

Welcome to Metaphysics! / Re: What am I?

Well, everyone is in a human shell. Do you think you are something other than a normal soul ?

(If you disagree with my belief you can't answer this then I don't think, lol)
#18
I didn't always dream that way... I think my brain has been scrambled or something. (they sort out to less jumbly as time passes but they're still rather druggish dreams)
#19
Well, I have to fight the dreams. Or else I will just be asleep. I assumed it would be assumed that dreams = sleep/fail

And no, I definitely am nowhere near luciding in that mess. I've tried that but control slips away, it's a jumble... (my dreams are utter nonsense at first and they fight people trying to control them, lol) It overloads and overrides me almost instantly, and if I'm lucky I'll realize and snap out of it and try again, get sucked into nonsense dreams or whatever they are, repeat.

I also have no more fears of what ill encounter or fears at all because you really dont care about your fears when your able to do whatever the hell you want! You dont acknowledge them at all.

This is why it is nice to have skeptics. This is why I don't push hard to have everyone believe in projection or anything psi related :p Not that I'm saying *you* seem like a threat to the world.

Would having someone there help you ? It helps me even though I know they'd be in the physical. I went to my sister's room sometimes when it was really dark and I kept getting scared.

The more people and the lighter it is out the better for me.

Everybody I have been with while failing projection thought I was sleeping. Which I am doing while I'm failing astral projection.

Simply put, you can't force a projection.

How would trying to stay awake be forcing a projection ... I thought whatshisface even gave advice on staying conscious/awake. A lot of people like the mind awake method.

Adrenaline will keep you grounded in the physical and hinder take off into the non-physical realms.  Forget that approach.  Why do you think in Elm Street they were taking epinephrine in order to avoid Freddy Krueger?  :-D

Seriously,  embrace those dreams whatever they are.  Once you anchor yourself there, you are already fully focused in the metaphysical and free to go anywhere you want.  You will be already "out of body" as they say.

That's great. I already know how to dream though.

lol. Especialy if I'm tired, I get sleepy thoughts nowadays even with my eyes open. It happens when I start staring in a deep trance, which starts happening for a second even while I am attempting to do something... I don't know when this started.  They don't take over (that sure would suck in an important event), but I don't like them. I think maybe once I learned how to OBE I could totally do it with my eyes open... lol. By sleepy I mean hmm maybe confusing thoughts that don't make sense.. idk how to describe them. Entire dreams built like this I can't make sense of when I wake up.I start forgetting /can't read  these thoughts and dreams  when I wake up/snap out of my trance, but I remember I just thought or dreamt something that didn't make sense.

*edit* to clarify I'm saying with trances like this it would make it easier to do with my eyes open if that wasn't exactly clear

Okay, I have a problem with dreams going at me a little too early and it's very hard to fight them, I think it got harder. Or maybe that was because it was so hot and musty and miserable in that room. Anyways, I thought about using my voluntary rushes (what I think is adrenaline) to keep me from being pulled into my early images. Do you think it would ruin everything ? I can make them low power.
