Jily are you been dragged to places you dont wanna go or are you just stuck on the spot and cant move

I just cannot move the body. Sometimes I also cannot even speak.

When you were born into this world, did you get up and run right away?   
Technically, the same holds true.

You've shifted your awareness into a, literally, new body for you to explore and understand with.
It's going to take several attempts to figure out how to move it properly.
Remember it's all about thought.

Xanth: I have been projecting for years. I have not always had this problem. So far as I can tell, it has nothing to do with thought since thoughts I have about moving when I am there make no difference.

Can someone explain the reasons why it is difficult to move in the astral body. Virtually every time I am in the astral I cannot move. I am at a loss as to how to solve the problem.
