what could this mean?

hi every one , i was windering for sometime now that isn't life soposed to let you do things? like fling using your ki and such?

i believe when we die we go into the spirit world were we are told if we are allowed in heven or not by king yemma. and we are more aware of or spirit energy even more then we are now.

last night while i was doing a astral walk around my neioborhood,
i saw someone with a light blue shirt {like in dbz and dbgt, gokus shirt only lighter}. i went up to him and he asked "if i was a fighter or if i trained like one?". i told him yeah i do both. he then asked "do you want to train with me?" i said "sure". so he gave me something that looked like a sacks of sand tied end on end. he told me to put this around my neck so i could run with it. {man was it heavy.}i put it on and he snaped his fingers and out of the ground rose another guy. i got ready to fight him but this guy said "hold it, im just a ref."i then backed off. i said for what?
he said for the race. didn't he tell you yet?. the race goes on for a little and then the guy in the light blue shirt started to play around with the wieghts still on. . just like in {yuyu hakusho genki}  i was astondished then he told me i had to go and that he'll see me around. then he started to float above the ground then started to have a haze around him the he disapeared.
what could this astal walk mean? could it mean that i talked to a entity that save the world or something? please post me back with a reply.i would like to hear your comments.

um....i don't believe in the bible although it may be true.
i do however believe in dimentions and heven and the spirit realm, and such.sorry to those i avended.

. when are you people going to learn that life is a never ending training regimen that we constantly improve, nomatter whats going on..and by the way we can't shoot out energy out more then a foot right now because of emphamy....or something like that.we would blow our insides out through our skin because of the heat needed to turn energy into matter..
