Hi it certainly does sound like Astral Projection, maybe you could try and control it a bit more?  Do you ever move outside of your room?

This would definitely be a side effect of your chakra work.  When you start to become more spiritual you usually find more things happening.

If you don't like this one thing I would do is find a good way to come grounded after meditation / chakra work.  Sometimes if we are not properly grounded we leave ourselves a bit "open" and its easier for spirit to connect with you.

It doesn't sound like anything harmful though, just wanting to get your attention

You actually are immortal, You, that is you as in your conciousness, not necesarrily your body.  There is no 'Spell' for immortaility. 

Couldn't agree more.  There is no spell that will make your human body that you occupy now immortal.

I got married in June so I obviously believe in marriage 

I think its a wonderful way to bond you and the person that you love together... in a legal and spiritual way.

If you go in to a marriage thinking that you can just get divorced if it doesn't work out then you are not getting married for the right reasons.  I believe I will be with my husband for the rest of my life or I would not have married him.

AP is possible without any kind of drug.  I don't believe drugs should be used to have an out of body experience.  You are visiting different Astral planes and want it to be pure as possible.

Of course this is just my own opinion

Just joined up and thought I would say hi!

I've been interested in Astral Projection for a number of years.  I've only once AP'd and never managed it again

To be fair though since my babies have been born I have given up trying.  I'm hoping to get back in to it now though.
