Listen to me I have had atunments for Reiki 1,2,3 and master. If you eat wrong if you have the wrong desires is you think evil thoughts any of these things will slow your abilities. All of the energies of reiki that you get must be of a shameless and pure white. It cannot contain any shread of darkness or it will slow you ability to heal yourself or others.

Yes, the extraction of energy from the moon often times lets you have extra energy you wouldn't normally have. Of course, you have more energy if you extract energy from the universe. but you can extract energy from individual energy from individual planets for short added bursts of energy.

I did not say to stair at a light, such as a light bulb.
I said in a totally dark room you should see a white light and do what I said from there.

The easiest way to get rid of psycic vampires at night is to lie in bed and look into the blackness of the room. Stair at one place on the ceiling till you can't see anything else. After a while you will only see that spot. After this you will beguin to see a white light. Try your best not to blink till the room is completely covered by this light. It will destroy all the evil in the room and you can keep the psychic vampires at bay. If you feel as though a vampire has you then immediately when you see the white light, streach it to look like a net. You will trap the vampire. After this imagine a blue energy going to clear and then green then absorb it. You will drain the psychic vampire at his/her own game.

Acctually there is a way.
1. Do you know how to do ki breathing?
  If not: With legs crossed (indian style)put left hand on right calf and right hand on left calf, breath in 4 seconds pause 2 seconds breath out 4 seconds pause 2 seconds. Do this about 10 times focus on the ki (green energy) flooding in your sinuses.... when you pause for the first 2 seconds focus on traping the ki and not leting it escape.... On the breath out focus on the ki moving from your sinuses through your body till it finally reaches you taiden(This is the Rikei term for Hera, a spot 1 to 2 in. below the navel{belly button}).
2. Instead of making the ki go to your taiden move it to your arms, then to your hands. You will have to use just a small bit of your own energy and it takes a bit longer to do than just useing the ki stored in your taiden, but you shouldn't feel any more tired than you did before you started.

If you do this correctly you should feel tingleing in your hands and they will get worm. Oh, Yeh.... The less tense you are the better the results.[]
