True nature of things? Sounds rather absolute.....

I don't understand why. You need some kind of support system. Even just people to talk to! But I wish you the best. Miss ya on facebook!  :-)
#9
Thank you so much for getting all of this together! You addressed just about every single point that I struggle with. I will definitely read through this a few more times and hopefully be on the other side of trying soon!  :-)

Matt,

I am so sorry for what you are going through. It is one of the most horrible things you could have to deal with. The worst is the feeling that you may be separated from your daughter. As I was reading this thread, I got a huge hard knot in my gut. It makes me crazy that things like this happen.

I know no one can tell you what to do, but I would like to offer some advice. In the state of Oregon, unless laws have changed drastically in the last few years, it is very difficult for a mother to be denied custody of her children. Basically, you would need proof of her doing drugs and having open sex right in front of the kids. It sounds out there, but I lived there for many years and had friends that had the same issues.

Your wife is being very selfish right now. She is not showing you the love or respect you deserve but enough of that. That's something you have to decide. As hopeless as it sounds, you may have to dig in your heels and stay in the States if you want to be with your daughter unless your wife is willing to give up custody. The bond between you and your daughter will last forever, but partners come and go. That may sound calloused, but it is my opinion.

It is my sincere hope that no matter what happens with you and your wife, you can both still be there for Lilah.

My friend projected a while back and said he was just flying around the neighborhood, checking things out, and he saw, walking on a slant roof, an astral dog. He said the dog looked at him and kind of "smiled". Pretty cool.

GodsProxy,

I spent most of my life believing in hell. People burning because they didn't believe what they should have. Nearly two years ago, I was finally freed of that belief system. I was shown things and had personal experiences that made me see that there was no satan to attack, no god to judge, no hell to fear. I am grateful beyond measure to no longer live with that warped view of life after death (or as I like to call it, westing).

Even in this day and age there are millions of people who live in fear, become members of religious organizations, tithe money they cannot afford to give away, live with blinders on and otherwise sabotage their own happiness because they are trying desperately to avoid hell. And there are countless "leaders" laughing all the way to the bank.

I don't want to think this way about you, someone I don't even know, but it sounds to me like you have found a topic that you know most people have a little understanding of and you're trying to spin it to make it a little different, then you're going to try to make a profit off of it. Why do you want to make people live in fear? That's incredibly sad.

You KNOW there is a hell. Fine. I hope you can avoid it. I KNOW there is NOT a hell. I was given a freedom in my spirit and nobody can tell me any differently.
I have nothing against religions if their goal is enlightenment and spreading peace. That is not what you're about. You had a nightmare, you're claiming it's real because you know there are people out there who already fear it, and you're gonna try to turn a profit from it.

But now the problem is, the world is a crappy place to live? Because you've gone hungry? Do you honestly think you're the only one in this forum who has experienced homelessness, hunger, sadness, fear?

Please tell us about some good things that have happened in your life! Tell us something wonderful about the human spirit! Look for what CAN be done, not what CAN'T.

You have complained that your posts aren't being read. In all honesty, I have read each one up to this point but I don't think I can anymore because it seems like all you want to do is spread fear and discontent. Well, I hope things work out for you. I hope you have a life-changing revelation. A good one this time!!

You keep stating that you can prove there is a hell. You said god is our spirit father, no question. The problem remains that these are merely your opinions and as such, you cannot prove them. You can only state these opinions which have obviously become beliefs to you, and create discussion. Conversely, my belief that there is no hell, is my opinion. I cannot prove it for you, but why should I try? This is my reality. Religion is emotion-based and is taken by faith. There are no facts, only feelings.
Is ice cream eaten by millions of people? Yes. Can you prove that chocolate is better than vanilla? Of course not. Even if the majority of people say it is (btw, it is ), that does not make it fact. It is still only opinion.
If you choose to believe in hell, god, satan, etc., that is your choice and your "truth", your religion. No new concepts here. Same old stuff, regurgitated. Just different packaging.
IMO, trying to convince people they will burn in hell if they don't do such and such is using fear-based tactics to control people. As tasteless now as it ever has been.
Maybe you would sell more if you turned this into a cool galactic, good vs. evil, sci-fi book instead  :-D
#22
If there is a Satan, and it is a woman, I must insist that she is no super-model but rather my abusive, twisted step mother.
I will never subscribe to the idea that there is a satan or god, hell or heaven, as put forth in the bible. I am sad for the people that get caught in that trap.
And god is supposedly a male? I'm with Lexy on this one.

Good luck on your astral projections! I used to have lucid dreams quite frequently. Then I found out about astral projection, started to practice that, and have less lucid dreams now. lol Maybe I'm just trying too hard....
Keep us posted on your progress!
