he everyone i need some new tequniques to get me out of my body, im kinda new at this so i need some tequniques that worked for you guys or that you think are good. Thanks in advance.

practicing astal projection while your high is not a good idea because the more you get high when you do it the worse things are going to happen to you in the astal world. so i wouldnt practice this very often.
