I did your same experiment before but i did not leave my house when i left my body i was checking everything in the house and i saw my mom upstairs cleaning her room, after waking up i found my mom downstairs i told her what were you doing upstairs in you room she told me how did you known i was there so i told her i saw you in my projection but sadly she told me she was not cleaning her room, what i think after doing enough projections is that the real time zone is not exactly like the physical some details maybe missing but the big picture is there.

what i meant by those experiments is that we need to stop trying to match the small picture in our scientific experiences that is inconsistent most of the time and focus on the big picture that is consistent most of the time instead, why do we focus on the card and we forget about the table that hold that card and the room the house the neighborhood the town etc etc

Card experiment and such never worked for me even thought my house looked almost the same there was always some minor changes, but two things that were always true in all my projections were :
Time if i project at night i find myself at night in the astral world and vice versa.
Space every time i leave my body i find myself always in the room where i slept.
But to be sure 100% of the results we need to do those experiments without knowing initially the time and space we are in i wish i could do this experiment but i need my brother to help me out i hope i will be able to do it in the next summer or maybe someone out there who is experienced enough in projecting can do it.

I did long time ago at first it seemed to me like the normal sun that we all known about but when i approached it it turned into a different planet and i saw some old structures in it that looked like it belongs to an old civilization it was a weird experience and i never expected such a thing, to get there i did the usual obe vibration rolling out of my bed into what some call the real time zone then i opened the door of my house it was a sunny day the colors were very bright and the environment seemed so perfect so much i almost forgot that i was projecting then i looked up into the sun and started to fly until i arrived at my destination.

I have done out of body experience randomly for almost a year now and at the same time i tried to prove it while i was in what some people call the real time zone using simple methods like trying to read a piece of paper etc but it did not work out, after all those failed attempts i was wondering if there was a way to prove it.
Actually every time i do the obe i find myself in the room where i slept and my house seem almost like the original one except for some details and this lead me to think that maybe we should focus on the big picture rather than small details so i came up with a method and i want experienced obers to do it because i'm having a hard time obeing these days.
The method is very simple but may require help from other people lets get into it first of all the obers must lie in a bed that can be carried around and his eyes must be blind folded then his bed should be moved randomly around the house by someone so that the obers no more knowns in which area of the house his body is and then he sleeps and do his out of body experience and after finishing it tell the person that was helping him in his experience in which area of the house he was (in which room for example) and if he succeed in his guess he keeps repeating it for lets say 10 times so that there is not a shadow of a doubt that obe is not a mere imagination in your mind then he can move to more complex test like ( if for example we started with which room test we can move to which corner of the room test then we can do more specialization) and in case the test failed we can do a generalization like for example moving the body from one neighbourhood to another known by the obers and see if he could guess it.

What that sounds like to me was that your creative powers started to kick in as you approached the sun.
For some reason, you expected there to be 'something' there... so your mind created something for you to see.

Now... I'm sure other people here are going to have other wide-ranging answers for you... so I'll just let them have the floor. 

Thank you for your answer, thats what i thought at first but what i expected was to see lava or something like that not a planet close to mars

In one of my obe experience after rolling out from my body i opened the window and found my garden(almost a perfect clone of it),i looked into the sky the sun was very bright so i decided to sneak a peak at it,at first it looked very normal but when i got too close to it it changed completely , it looked more like mars than the sun, and i saw weird things there like a big ancient city and other weird buildings, anyone experienced something like that before and sorry for my poor english
