Yes, wealth isn't needed for a good childhood, but you've said that your mother was working 2 jobs - did she had time for anything else?

Yes, she had - she spent time with me and my brothers, fooling around - making us feel special and loved. Teaching us to be responsible open minded members of society.

She also had time to go to dances, which she loves to do (dance that is) or just sit down and read a good book. She had and has enough time for herself.

A couple of months ago I was attacked by a, well I call it Leprachaun because it looked like one.

This entity has tried to scare the pants off me and I stood my ground telling it that I was not afraid and they it can't harm me in any way and told it off. This entity told me that it will be back. This all happened while I was projecting.

Anyway, a couple of days ago I came home only to find one of my cats scared sh*tless. My cat is more relaxed again but is still on the look. I guess my friend is back- but I'm prepared

Yes, will power is a good thing

First of all I would like to say that lots of the bad stuff said about God or this higher being I would like to call it is all made up by mankind to keep the general population from developing their own mind. I don't believe in any church or religion - I do believe that there is a higher being.

Secondly, it is always worth the effort to develope any kind of psychic ability.

Thirdly, I agree with what G3MM4 said about wealth etc. I come from a poor family. My mother had to work 2 jobs for almost 20 years in order to raise 3 kids on her own. I have never had supercool presents under the xmas tree - I got a pair of shoes, pants and a shirt, things I really needed. I played with stuff I have found around the appartement. We were all very close to each other and I had a wonderful childhood despite of being poor. I especially fromed a strong bond with my oldest brother who unfortunately passed away a couple of years ago. Those are things you can't buy with money. And still my psychic abilities developed fine.

It all depends on the outlook on life and not on any material thing - being happy with the things you have and not with the things you want, which only hinder any developement.

This is my opinion.

Welcome to Dreams! / I had two dreams on...

I have read your dreams and the second one makes me very sad.

I can't interpret them, but I can empathise with you.  I often dream about our black cat (who is probably no longer with us).  He was a special animal.

Sarah

I'm sorry about your cat. Even if your cat has passed on, I believe that your cat is fine. If not then I hope everything fine.

You know I held him in my arm also after I woke up ready to defend whatever may come because no one should dare to harm my cats - absolutely no one.

I'm not an aggressive kind of person but if someone harms my cats or whatever animal crossing my path in my presents then I convert into some kind of berserk. I can't stand even thinking about it because those things actually kind of cause physical pain to me.

Some ppl say I am a freak because of that. It hurts me more to see an animal - no matter which - getting hurt then to see a human getting hurt *shrugs* That's just me.

Welcome to Dreams! / I had two dreams on...

...two nights in a row.

1. Night:

In this dream I am a teenager and on holiday somewhere. I am also psychic and see that most ppl and kids there are evil, killing or converting the "normal" ppl into evil beings. My mum is also in this dream. It's dark in the room where I want to fetch something. Someone I call friend is with me. I stumble and this friend turns on the light. My mum is in bed waking up. I can feel her and feel her warmth. Then suddenly almost everyone turned into those evil beings. Then suddenly I am a child, a woman is having me on her arm. She is something divine and me too – like virgin Mary and Jesus. We drew crosses in the air infront of everyone's forehead and those evil beings convert back into normal good ppl. I am still on her arm and we are decsending into heaven or so.

Then I woke up totally confused.

2. Night:

I have two cats - Lily(tabby) and Berti(black):

I had Lily on my arm and I was looking for Berti. I was calling out for him but he wouldn't respond at all.  I knew that there were creatures, winged creatures like huge eagles, who would wait for their chance to get cats and the like.

(fast forward) Through a coincidence one of those creatures was shot down and they opened it up and there were two black cats coming out of it, more dead than alive but they survived. One of those cats was Berti. I just took him and held him very close to me trying to soothe him and make him feel save and fine.

Then I woke up.  :?

Any ideas, any input?

Welcome to Dreams! / sleep walking

It is a sleeping disorder I believe.

I can go with the acting out in the sleep concerning talking while you sleep. That's what I also did

Welcome to Dreams! / sleep walking

I used to sleepwalk when I was a child.

I have always wondered why my bed sheet or my pillow lay on the sofa instead in my bed. My mum also told me that I was sleepwalking again one night - went straight into the kitchen getting fork and knife - went then to the toilet pulled down my pj's sat down ready to do my job holding the fork in one hand and the knife in the other. The door was wide open and my mum kept following every step and then asked 'What are you doing?' and I replied 'Can't you see?' I believe she took away the fork and the knife and somehow managed to get me back to bed.

Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Hello...
October 06, 2003, 01:38:02
I am new to this board. [^] I am currently reading a book about astral projection and discovered the link to this board.

I am not experienced at all. I'm still a beginner on this matter. But I remember some OBE's I had in the past.

Anyway, I'm very interested in this topic and hope to induce an OBE by will very soon.
