he not only does take the master of wisdom thing seriously, he claims there is no person (at least he doesnt know anyone else yet) that got that deep into state of enlightenment and learned so much about essence of existence like him. also he claims himself as a buddha, but despite all those claims, he got interesting insights on topics like psychology and other things and looks like smart person as a whole so i dont look at him as a charlatan...yet. also he says people should not believe what he teaches, but rather experience and understand things by themselves, anyway he started teaching and helping people because he saw need of it. interesting guy, he also makes funny jokes in his videos and use cursewords   :-D

so yeah i just wanted to see if you guys had similar seeing of OOBE phenomena and thank you for your responsezz

actually he said that he only thinks in assumptions, he has no beliefs, no emotional attachment to esoteric data. Hes interesting guy... he even has basic theory how to build flying saucer :D , but that video is in lithuanian/russian. anyway he bragged that there is no video in a net like this one so i was wondering what experienced oobe'rs will say in astralpulse about his video.

This guy said he has vast experience with oobe and even experienced so called enlightenment. Btw can you tell more about what you said that there is no entity inside the body? I could then send him your answer and see how he responds.

Hello fusions

I used to have depression. From childhood to when i was 19 years old it was just getting worse, but overcame it by welll.... Just concentrating and changing my state of mind at will... I think i had what is called clinical depression because it had no reasons to apear.

i believe its possible to fix this.... first of all we all have minds that more or less work differently. I spent a lot of time changing my mind parameters like memory, mood and so on. Here is what you could do... ask yourself can you maintain the image and right after you asked that you might feel something like the feeling of doubt. if youre not sure if you felt something ask yourself if you can move your arm and compare that feeling with previous feeling when you asked if you can maintain the image. did you felt the difference? if you did, then make sure that when you asked yourself if you can maintain the images you will feel the same as you did when you asked if you can move your arm :D You most likely will encounter doubts and you can remove them at will, but you might encounter layer of doubts .... its a one of those annoying protection factors that doesnt let you to achieve things quickly and many believe that this protection can be overpassed by entering  altered states of consciousness. If you wont give up you should be able to maintain the images for unlimited time :D

i have much info on how to program the mind and here is few my achievements:
1. made my memory work 2 times better just in few seconds, but it got back after 5 mins
2. i dont drink coffee because i can "kill" sleepiness
3. made my visual imagination more vivid
4. elimination of depression

i tried.... but my mind always says to me "access denied" :D i working with my mind for 1 year especially 4 last months and got nice results but i noticed that my mind is programmed to resist positive changes.

Hello all

One guy wrote me a message and asked for help because he had depersonalization disorder symptoms. He told me that he tried binaural beats to get rid of his anxiety. He said:  "after i listened to it my I was getting Kundalini symptoms. A day later I was getting nausea and heat throughout my body. and ever since that one moment my emotions went down and my libido plummeted." Have you ever heard of similar stories? also i heard that certain frequency of sound can stop even heart ... who knows :-o

maybe subconsciouss belief (good things dont last long) holding us back from long experiences.. or something like that  :-)

thats true .... we should put more information in " i dont know" box instead of believing everything that books says. Everyone should start their own journey and find truth via their own experience.

ohh those materialistic scientists. they shouldnt explore the universe and reality while their ego is following them like a shadow and hiding the truth with a cloak of skepticism by telling that this and this sounds like nonsense.

i prefer to use visualization methods and turn my mind from junk thoughts factory into the most silent place in the world  :-)
in my opinion it is much faster way to clear mind from thoughts.

hehe dont worry. some ppl get oobe after first time and others need some more time. Just clear your mind from doubts and dont let excitement to take over because it can disturb ongoing oobe experience or process of getting out.

strange, but i never felt relaxed while listening to calm music ... i like heavy metal  :-D
