Hello, i'm new to the forums. I've been attempting Astral Projection for about a week now. When i'm laying there attempting an Astral Projection my body falls asleep and goes numb. The I guess I go into the vibrational state but my vibration is so violent It shakes me so hard it wakes my body up. Is there any way to control this or anyway to jump our of my body quickly when this happens? The vibration only last a second. Thanks ahead of time!
