okay, so i am a total newbie to the entire scene and i need some help here. ultimately i would like to learn telekinesis and healing, and i think being able to see the energy i am trying to direct would help. however, i have no idea where to start. can anyone tell me any excerises or tips that i can use for auric vision?

last night i tried sleeping with a piece of un-polished rose quartz on my brow chakra. i woke up this morning feeling as if i'd had about 10 cups of less-than-weak coffee and this lasted most of the day, even though i'd not had any caffine for several days and slept my normal hours... :-/ it was not fun, i won't be trying that one again.

apparently if you learn auric vision, you can see if a person is lying to you, because their malicious intentions will show in their aura, however it can take a very long time to get that good.  in the more immediate future, i think that you should stop spending time with them.  if you are naturally quiet then it may be hard for you to make new friends, but just try to talk to people who you know more, see if you can find anyone who share the same sort of interests as you. im not so sure if the whole revenge thing is such a good idea, it can get out of control if you're not careful.  but dont stick around people who make you unhappy, its not worth it.

chi kung? how on earth do you do that? i thought it was only possible to manipulate energy if you had pure intentions, draining someone of all their life force isnt exactly pure...
