I would say that unless you're working with a mentor in the Astral plane, your time could be better spent while projecting.

Hello all. I would just like to say that I will soon be leaving the forums. I have been inspired by many people here, and have had alot of usefull knowledge shared with me. I think I have learned all that I can from the site, and the threads are slowly becoming less and less intresting. I just want to say thanks to the people who have inspired me here, along with the friends I have made.

So we have all seen the pictures of the Face on Mars, and most of us probly has seen the Structures and that stuff... But do any of you know about Mars Moons?
Well Phobos is hollow, and believed to be a Artificial Structure. Also there has been Pics of a "mother ship" near it, that cant be seen without like infrared pics.. although there has been shadows seen from it. Now I guess that Phobos is missing entirely.

This is kind of long so bear with me...
Ok I have only been trying to AstralProject and that stuff for about a month I would say. Within my first two weeks of trying I had projected but not remembered the entire thing. I think that I have Projected 3 or 4 times but I only remember the smallest ammount of it.
Anyways the night befor last I was meditating and getting ready to try and project, I was near the vibrations when I felt some thing hop onto my bed and walk over to me and like sit next to my leg. It felt like my dog, but I dont let my Dog sleep with me.
So I sat up and was going to put my Dog out of my room, but nothing was there, I checked around my room and nothing was in my room at all!
Then I started to meditate again, but it felt like energy was being drained thrue my leg. So I started doing some Defense methods I read about here to try and make it stop, because I think it may have been a NEG, but when I did that it only got alot worse and I didnt like it at all so I stopped doing the defense and meditating and just fell asleep.
Then the next night (last night) I started doing alittle bit of meditations but I was tired and just decided to go to sleep.
I awoke some time in the middle of the night, my 3rd eye was open and I was feeling the vibrations. I couldnt move at all! The vibrations were very strong, my heart felt very wierd, and my breathing was in a almost gasp, and rather shallow. Its hard to discribe but I felt my self falling deeper and deeper into this state, and after a minute of
trying my very hardest to move I slowly started to, anyways I eventually worked my self from on my stomache to on my side. Then it kind of died down and I went back to sleep.
Since the thing hoped onto my bed my leg has felt alittle wierd, even now. And I have never had sleep paralysis or uncontrolled projecting.
I am not sure if this all is in some way connected or what is exactly going on.. Any advice is appriciated.

Hello, im kind of new at posting but I have been a lurker here for awhile.
My friend and I are getting into Astral Projection and such, and I would like some input from all you nice people.

First off can anyone suggest some ways to meditate and get ready for astral projecting, and I also need a method to actually project myself, how would I go about doing that??

2nd, if I do project is there anything I should avoid doing or be weary of once in the astral plane?

PlanetX does have a long and unusual orbit. It orbits two suns, including our own. And Scientists have seen it. They probly even have pics of it, but why would NASA release such pictures?
Anyways yes it is affecting our systems gravity. According to NASA and other star groups there has been "unknown gravitational forces" tugging at pluto and the out lying planets.

Since Odins channeller got scared off by my awesome knowledge of the Norse Mythology and decided my questions werent good enough to answer. I have a question for Loki.
Loki, here are my questions.
1. At the feast of Ægir or Gymir, when you returned from being kicked out you proceeded to insult all the other gods. In turn Odin said some insults to you as well, they related to things that there is not really any info on so I would like you to clear it up. Odin said you spent time in the underworld as a woman, milking cows and giving birth to children. Whats this all about?

2. In Voluspá, Loki you are the helmsman of Naglfari, the ship that carries the army of Hel to Midgardr (st.51). You are also mentioned as "brodur Byleists ", but after this you participation seems to become insignificant, as you are not mentioned anymore at all.

Snorri´s version in Gylfaginning 50 differs somewhat. In his account it is the giant Hrym and not Loki who steers the Naglfari, but Loki is all the more active in the ensuing battle, fighting off Heimdalr, slaying him but is also slain himself.
Which of these versions is true? Or are they both incorrect? Can you please clear this up?

1. The Gods from Norse Mythology. Like Odin and Loki. I heard that they were travellers from the Asia area and not actually Gods. Were they Gods or just men, or did they even exist at all?

Its fairly normal... I mean even people who arent violent *pours water on tv* want to destroy things sometimes. From what I see its just in our nature as humans to destroy things. Think about it, we as Humans *pees in the sink...* are destroying everything on this planet from the forests to even things that we make, and even eatchother. To deny these urges is to deny your nature.. or something. *rubs magnet on monitor*
