I had the vibrations once, i panicked and they went, never felt anything so intense. that was before i knew what they where.
i felt a second time 10 years later, i got exited and said "YES" under my breath, and they went.

that was 12 years ago, i so want them back. I've not once been able to project

still waiting for a third go....

have made a copy on CD and playing it on a standard music CD-player.

I am getting stereo, and it does help me relax and fall asleep, will have removed headphones by then.

But no vibrations just deep sleep (which is the norm for me)

may be i'll try those others (F10 - F27)

oooh yar  there is hope for me yet... congrates on getting out (9 years) wow,

i first felt the vibrations 13 years ago then again 9 years ago - was woken while out then snaped back in (arg) 2 weeks ago.....

i've gota be close now - if you can, then I can (please!)

get some good advise and go with what feels/sounds right

Have tried the oobe file, not getting me anywhere, maybe too loud?
laying in bed with headphones on.
have saved 3 copies of the file onto a CD, end up turning it off after the second file has finished

its beet that long since first feeling the vibrations and still never exiting the body (13 years), I'm almost willing to offer a reward!

that would turn 82.4meg file to a 605meg file - what an increase in download time! I have only 55meg of web space or would put it there for you. try the local library/college - faster connection?
friend ? someone to post it to you? (zip disk, usb drive?)

I have had the vibrations 3 times, the last time I got past them and woke passing through the metal framework of the static caravan I was staying in..Then woke-up (bugger).
That night I was kept on the edge of sleep by the wind shaking the van..
the first 2 times I was woken up after going to sleep, then back to bed, felt the vibrations - first time scared me, after they had gone I realised what they were - second time the word "YES" flashed through my mind as I realised what was happening and then they went !!
No control - 1 year between the first and second, 8 years between the second and third. I want the fourth badly and not wanting to wait another 8 years (don't recommend depriving your self of sleep! But?).
