Thanks Lightbeam !   ,   They are special mate, I couldnt imagine life without them,  but yeh to see them in the astral zone is very special .   I have had a buzz all day from it....

And your kitten experience sounds so cool.

So , first time poster here, thought i had to share this as it was an awsome expirience.

I woke up early this morning, 4am  and was about to get up , instead i decided to do some energy work  while in my relaxed state, i had pretty much gone over my whole body and fell asleep. I then had a lucid dream and converted it to the real time zone. I stood up out of body and passed through my bedroom window. I then walked down the side of the house and was deciding what to do next...I passed the lounge room window and thought ok, ill stick my head through the window and see if the dog notices me. She has her own couch against the window and spends most of her time sleeping and lazing about on it ( 50kg mastiff)     Anyway i poked my head through the window and was surpised to see my pet dog that died around 10 years ago laying there.  She looked up and snarled for a second as im sure she got a bit of a shock seeing someone stick their head through the window, but she then realized it was me and got so excited . I patted her and played with her, rubbing her head and kissing her...it felt so good to see her.  I then thought i dont want to forget this , so i gave her one last pat and returned to my body.  I then got out of bed and walked out to find my "living" dog was sleeping on her other bed near the back door.  I walked into the lounge room and looked at the spot where my deceased pet was lying, thinking..i wonder if shes still there.   hehe.  It was such a good experience.
