Are there any good movies relating to lucid dreaming, OBEs/AP, or something along those lines? The only one I've seen is Waking Life. Never saw it sober but I loved it while dexing.

At age 6, I had a fascination with womens breasts. [] I remember dreaming of titties one night and the next day I wished I could've grabbed them. Sure enough that night, I started dreaming and every boobbie I saw I grabbed. I remember the breasts looking deformed and I still don't know the explaination for that. I thought I'd just share with you my first and only lucid dream. I've recently been looking more into practicing lucid dreaming so that I can control it more freuently.

I can't get an OBE without the use of DXM!! I hate it! I know its a practice thing but I don't feel like hopping from site to site reading repeatitive information. Can anyone suggest a good site that will tell me everything? All of you that are successful in achieving OBEs, what are your resources for learning how to get them? Hello, I'm new to this board. I had an OBE where I pulled myself out of my body by imagining a magnetic pull on the ceiling pulling me out. This was after practicing the Kundalini Meditation method. I was also on a drug known as DXM which is a disassociative drug. I don't know if you guys are against that but thats what I need to feel a full effect of the Kundalini. I could go on for hours describing the OBEs I've had but not to bore you with those. Tonight I am going to attempt an OBE without the use of DXM because I want o get rid of that drug habit. I thought it was impossible to get an OBE without the use of drugs but reading this board, I relized it was quite possible. Anyways...I'm going now to attempt the OBE after my Kundalini Meditation mp3 are burned to a cd...

Also...for those of you familiar with Osho and Deuter Kundalini songs (such as the bell chimes), does it matter which songs are played for each stage or does it not matter...I know the fourth stage is silence.

Its an ingredient in cough medicine. Robotussin cough gels/syrups, Vicks 44 cough relief, or anything cough WITHOUT the cold medicine in it

Yeah, I undertand this. I didn't mean I didn't want to researth or study AP I just don't want to read false information from the internet over and over. My mind is dead set on getting an OBE so I'm gonna check out that Astral Dynamics book. Do they have it at the local book store?
