I've been taking moderate sized doses of melatonin for a few months now.

Here is something I posted in another thread:

Quote5mg: More comfortable sleep. No changes in dreams.
10mg: Good Sleep. More vivid dreams. Dream characters are more hostile.
15mg: Fantastic sleep. Less vivid dreams but greater intensity. Dream characters are very violent and will often attack if disturbed.
20mg: Heavy sleep. Slept for 45 minutes longer than usual. Vivid dreams (about the 10mg level). No lucidity whatsoever. Reguar dream signs are ineffective. Dream characters are not violent at all.
25mg: Heavy Sleep. No lucidity. Little to no dreaming.

For the past few weeks I have noticed that I've become desensitized to the effects of melatonin. Where I was taking 20-25mg of melatonin per night, I am now taking 5mg maybe once a week, usually not even that.

I first noticed the effects of melatonin withdrawal when I stopped taking melatonin for a couple of days. The first night that I didn't take it I had a lucid dream that lasted around 15 minutes in dream time. Last night I hadn't taken any melatonin for a few days and I had 2 lucid dreams that lasted around 1 minute each, and another where I tried to phase into the dream but didn't quite make it in.

I'm not sure if it was the melatonin or if it was just a coincidence that I had the LD's. What do you think?

I'm not sure if this already exists but it worked well for me last night. Please reply and test this out a few times. It worked for me my first time, so it's worth a shot.

Steps:

1 - Relax your body, specifically the eyes.
2 - Go to sleep any time during the day for any amount of time.
3 - After waking up, look at the images behind your eyelids.
4 - Stop focusing on your eyes and relax your body as much as possible.
5 - Repeat steps 3 and 4 about 5 times.
6 - If you don't see any type of imagery, go back to step 1.
7 - If you do see imagery, try to turn what you see into a set of numbers, letters, or a simple geometric shape.
8 - Focus on the center of the shape and strain your eyes until the shape is crystal clear.
9 - If done correctly, you should be lucid. If not, stop straining your eyes and go back to step 1.

Expanded Version:

Quote1 - Relax your body, specifically the eyes.
Starting at the feet, systematically relax your body while lying in bed. Contract then relax your muscles, working your way from your toes to your head. Any type of relaxation technique will probably work, but that's what I did. Don't lift heavy weights because you don't want to excite your body.

After relaxing your body parts, start on your eyes. While your eyelids are closed, do the following pattern of eye movement. Do each one about 15 times each, then move on to the next one. Quickly move your eyes left to right, then roll your eyes clockwise, then rapidly move your eyes up and down, then roll them counter-clockwise. Don't count them out, just use good judgement. Don't do this more than twice. You don't want to strain your eyes too badly (yet).

The main key to this technique is having your eyes as relaxed as possible. Waking up from a brief period of time will also be beneficial.

Quote2 - Go to sleep any time during the day for any amount of time.
I'm not sure if this is really necessary. I fell asleep after relaxing my body and eyes, but I'm not completely sure if you HAVE to fall asleep. I would think that it would be helpful in relaxing your body and eyes, but who knows?

Quote3 - After waking up, look at the images behind your eyelids.
Do this for around 15-20 seconds. Just try to keep your eyes as still as possible by passively observing the imagery. Don't worry if you accidentally move them, but do try to keep them still. Also, don't strain them trying to keep them still. Just relax them and you'll be fine.

Quote4 - Stop focusing on your eyes and relax your body as much as possible.
Shift your attention from your imagery to passively observing your body's sensations (tingling, heaviness, etc.) Do this for about 10-15 seconds.

Quote5 - Repeat steps 3 and 4 about 5 times.
Depending on the intensity of your imagery, you may have to do this less than 5 times. You'll be looking for sweeping lines of white or similar light that start off slowly, but then sweep more rapidly. THIS LINK will lead you to a site that reproduces the effects of what you'll be looking for (WARNING: may cause epileptic seizures). Once you see this type of imagery, move on to step 7.

Quote6 - If you don't see any type of imagery, go back to step 1.
It's fine if you don't see anything. Different people have different bodies, and yours may not work while doing this for the first time. Don't try to do steps 3 and 5 more than a couple of times because you will probably fully wake yourself up. If it doesn't work for you, just go back to sleep and try again when you wake up.

Quote7 - If you do see imagery, try to turn what you see into a set of numbers, letters, or a simple geometric shape.
Don't think too hard about creating an image. It may make the imagery and the sweeping white lights disappear. This step is best done if you're half awake half asleep, sort of in that state when most people drift off before falling asleep. If you catch yourself drifting off, that's a good sign because you're preparing your mind and body for the next step. The more this state is prolonged, the better. Don't try to see the image clearly yet. Just let it stay blurry and move on to the next step.

Quote8 - Focus on the center of the shape and strain your eyes until the shape is crystal clear.
I'm not exactly sure on how I did this step. I think I was in the middle of step 7 with the white sweeping hypnagogic imagery and drift off, then I started seeing numbers. I saw the number "1200" (probably because of my 1200 level English course exam I had taken the previous day) but it was so blurry I could hardly read it.

This is where I'm not 100% certain on how I proceeded. I can do the vibrating eyes trick (LINK on explanation), and when I saw the blurry number "1200", I unconsciously strained/vibrated them to make the numbers as crystal clear. This took all of about 2 seconds. When they were as clear as possible, I immediately went into the dream. It's like at the moment I started straining my eyes, my visualization went into overdrive and just took off.

I'm not sure if this part can even be done consciously. If so, it will require much practice and effort to figure out exactly what to do and how to move your eyes.

This will not work every time. In fact, most of the time straining your eyes will make the imagery and sweeping lights disappear. However, if you can catch this at the right moment, your thoughts and imagery will all come together and let you enter the dream.

Quote9 - If done correctly, you should be lucid. If not, stop straining your eyes and go back to step 1.
At the start of the dream I had a false awakening, BUT I was lucid from the moment that I woke up. I immediately went from room to room in my house looking for a dream character to speak to. I wanted to ask them to bring me to my subconscious so I could directly ask it to remind me to become lucid in my future dreams. I didn't do it this time because I ran out of time before I woke up.

Anyways, I'm guessing that false awakenings are common for this technique. I very rarely have FA's, so this one was a surprise. From the moment I woke up, I was completely lucid and in control. In the dream I was so focused on going around my house and using my dream control to turn on lights so I could see, that I totally forgot I could just spawn a dream character on my own. Oops!

I had around 15 minutes of dream time but when I woke up after the dream only around a minute or so had passed. I woke up after realizing that my dream body's eyes were in pain. When I awoke, my eyes stopped vibrating/straining and I had a horrible headache the entire day after. I think the lucidity only lasts for as long as you make them vibrate, and I'm not even sure if it was actually a dream. It may have been some sort of extreme visualization into my subconscious.

This technique CANNOT be done more than one time a night. After your eyes strain for that amount of time, you wake up with a bad headache, and you are fully awake. I couldn't fall asleep for the next hour (granted, I was trying to reproduce what just happened for about 30 minutes).

Let me know what you think. It seems that I used a combination/variation for LD'ing up to step 8, but I haven't seen the eye straining on anything else before.

I used to live across from a Mormon church building and attend some of their meetings. They have very interesting doctrine on stuff like this. You seem like an open-minded person, so I'll share some of their doctrine with you..

QuoteLDS.org SOURCE

Premortal Life

Before we were born on the earth, we lived in the presence of our Heavenly Father as one of His spirit children. In this premortal existence, we attended a council with Heavenly Father's other spirit children. At that council, Heavenly Father presented His great plan of happiness.

In harmony with the plan of happiness, the premortal Jesus Christ, the Firstborn Son of the Father in the spirit, covenanted to be the Savior. Those who followed Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ were permitted to come to the earth to experience mortality and progress toward eternal life. Lucifer, another spirit son of God, rebelled against the plan and "sought to destroy the agency of man". He became Satan, and he and his followers were cast out of heaven and denied the privileges of receiving a physical body and experiencing mortality.

Throughout our premortal lives, we developed our identity and increased our spiritual capabilities. Blessed with the gift of agency, we made important decisions, such as the decision to follow Heavenly Father's plan. These decisions affected our life then and now. We grew in intelligence and learned to love the truth, and we prepared to come to the earth, where we could continue to progress.

The part you'd be interested in is: "Lucifer, another spirit son of God, rebelled against the plan and "sought to destroy the agency of man". He became Satan, and he and his followers were cast out of heaven and denied the privileges of receiving a physical body and experiencing mortality."

So they believe that Lucifer is a brother of Jesus Christ and that we are all literal sons and daughters of God. Some may say that this is blasphemy and that the Mormons are crazy because they believe the stuff they do, but I say if people can believe that Moses parted the Red Sea with a staff and that Jonah was eaten up by a whale and survived, then how hard would it be to believe the things that the Mormons preach?

If you're really interested on what the Mormon church says about this topic, try going to THIS LINK. I've shared this on another topic, but I find it to be an incredible resource. The link lets you chat online with missionaries from the church and discuss stuff like this with them. Try asking about this topic there. You won't be disappointed. ;)

Is it true or untrue that women aren't allowed in heaven unless they're married?

I'll try to explain this the best I can. I'm not a member of their church (yet), so I don't know all the answers. But I'll try to answer it the best I can.

According to their doctrine, there are three degrees of glory. The lowest is the Telestial Kingdom, the middle is the Terrestrial Kingdom, and the highest is the Celestial Kingdom. The Celestial Kingdom is where all members of the Mormon church strive to go after they are judged. All of these places are wonderful planes or states of existence, but the Celestial Kingdom is the greatest. These kingdoms make up what most churches define as "heaven".

There is another place called "Perdition" or "Outer Darkness" where only a handful will go. These poor souls are those who have denied the Holy Ghost, AKA people who have seen God, Jesus, or a heavenly being and later denied to them and everyone else that they exist. It has been said that when it is all over there will be so few of those people we will be able to count them with our fingers. This "Outer Darkness" is the closest thing in the Mormon church that relates to the "Hell" that most churches believe in.

In this section of their scripture, LINK, it reads:

QuoteDOCTRINE AND COVENANTS Section 131:1-4
  1 In the celestial glory there are three heavens or degrees;
  2 And in order to obtain the highest, a man must enter into this border of the priesthood [meaning the new and everlasting covenant of marriage];
3 And if he does not, he cannot obtain it.
4 He may enter into the other, but that is the end of his kingdom; he cannot have an increase.

I've had this explained to me as meaning this: To obtain the highest degree of the Celestial Kingdom (the best of the best of the best of everyone to ever exist), we must make certain covenants with God and be married for time and all eternity to our spouse. Increase means the ability to have children in the next life. Without being married and making the sacred covenants to get you into the Celestial Kingdom, you will be unable to procreate in the next life.

However, because God is a fair god and loves us, he understands that not all people will be able to get married and do the required work that allows us to live forever with our eternal companion. Because of this, he judges each person's circumstances differently. I'm not going to speak for God here, but as far as my understanding on their doctrine goes, if anyone (woman or man) is unable to be married to someone in this life that they will be given the chance to do so in the next.

THIS LINK is available for anyone to go to and chat with missionaries from their church. You can ask anything regarding their doctrine and they will try to answer to the best of their ability. It's helped me solve many of my queries about the church and even made me consider becoming a member of the church. Even if you have your doubts about the church, this link is a great thing to check out. It's worth it.

So, the simple answer to your original question is that it is "untrue". But, this is off topic.

In my opinion, the most correct doctrine on life after death that I've found is from the teachings of the Mormon church. They call it "The Plan of Salvation" or "The Great Plan of Happiness". They say that we will be judged according to not only our works on this earth but also on the desires of our hearts. Each person is judged based on their individual circumstances. My understanding of their doctrine is that it is not our place to judge because only God knows our hearts.

Even though other churches might say "If you hate someone then you will go to hell", the Mormons believe that God will judge everyone individually. If someone is raped/abused as a child, my understanding of their doctrine is that God will take into account their circumstances and judge accordingly.

I take this as meaning that the person you are referring to in your post will be forgiven for their hatred toward someone. No one is perfect. Hatred and anger are natural human emotions. God created us with the ability to feel anger. Heck, even Christ got angry at the wicked money changers in the temple. Anger is not a sin, it's a transgression, and there's a difference between the two. Being angry or hating someone will not make you "go to hell". If you truly feel that you have done all that you could have done in this life to prepare for the next, then you don't need to worry about the small trivial things. If you take care of what you can, God will make up for the rest.

The Mormons say that there isn't necessarily a Hell of fire and brimstone. The best way I've heard someone from the Mormon church describe Hell is: "After being judged, Hell is seeing what you are now, then realizing what you could have become."

Their doctrine is really interesting, despite all of the hate thrown at them. I personally know many members of the Mormon church and I've attended many of their church meetings. I used to live across the street from one of their meeting houses and not once did I ever see anything wrong or evil about them. Despite what people may say, these people are the most happy, cheerful, Christlike people on earth. If anyone knows the answers to questions about what happens to someone after death, it'd be the Mormons.

Some information that may help you is below:

What you may have had is a false awakening, which is what happens when you dream that you wake up in your bed like normal but don't realize that you're dreaming. These can be especially frightening while they are happening because you automatically assume that just because you wake up in your bed that you are really awake. Try doing a reality check such as the thumb through the palm trick or holding your breath each time you wake up to ensure that you are truly awake.

If you can't stabilize in a dream, try crawling on the ground, eating something, smell something, observe the small details. Maybe tell a DC to follow you in the dream to remind you that you're dreaming and to do a reality check or re-stabilize.

So last night I woke up at around 3:00 AM as I usually do (no alarm or anything, just a natural wake up) and I just looked at the clock and went back to bed. As I was falling asleep, I randomly started to visualize my university's football stadium. At first it was just the stadium itself, but then I saw the grass, sky and clouds. At this point I was semi-conscious; I was actively creating what I was seeing, but wasn't really purposefully doing anything. I saw all of those things for a few moments until I became fully aware of what I had done. I knew that I was dreaming since the point that I had closed my eyes. In other words, I was fully lucid from the moment I was back in bed.

Anyways, once I became fully aware that I was actually constructing the dream world myself, I decided to move away from creating scenery and creating people to fill the stadium with. I started with the players, having one team on each sideline. I wanted them to have something to play with so I spawned balls. I apparently wasn't specific in the type of balls that I wanted because both basketballs and footballs appeared. The teams picked up both the footballs and basketballs and started playing with them. I tried to just "poof" the basketballs away, but I couldn't so I took note of all of the basketballs and raised my hand in the air and pulled it back down. When I did that the basketballs lifted into the air and slammed to the ground and exploded. When I was satisfied with how my players looked on the ground I decided to turn my interests to other things.

Just to emphasize a little more fully, there was never any actual dreaming at all. Everything that I did from the moment I started visualizing was fully and actively under my control. I wasn't a god or anything, but a more appropriate comparison would be a dream architect. Nothing in the dream happened unless I wanted it to. No DC's spawned, no random dream plots, no nothing unless I visualized it.

So at this point in the dream, I thought to myself that I should try to do some of my dream goals like talk to my subconscious again, ask someone to show me something awesome, create a beautiful song from scratch, or dream commands. I settled on doing the dream commands, so I yelled "INCREASE LUCIDITY NOW!!!" but no sound came out. I realized that no sound was coming out because I wasn't actually yelling with my mouth, but because I was doing it in my mind (in the dream, not my physical body's mind). Then I tried to yell another command which was "FIND THE PHYSICAL BODY BUT DO NOT BECOME TRAPPED BY IT". I yelled that about 3 times while also yelling "INCREASE LUCIDITY NOW". On the 4th time, I saw a quick flash of white light which I believed to be me slipping into an OBE. About .25 seconds after I saw the light I blacked out and stopped dreaming. I was aware that I stopped dreaming but I didn't wake up either, and was also not aware of my physical body being around me. I was stuck in a sort of limbo for what seemed like hours until I woke up for the final time in the morning.

I may have been APing during that time, but I'm not sure. Maybe stuck behind my eye-lids? I've never AP'd before so I don't know if that's what it was or not. Any ideas?
#8
Does anyone have any techniques for this? Like any dream commands or objects to make to help AP?

I've heard that mirrors may work or that creating a portal is also good but they never work for me. If they've worked for you, please share the process of creating them in a LD.

Because upping the dosage gives you different effects.

And just an update: Last night I upped it from 15mg to 20mg.

5mg: More comfortable sleep.

I'll do another trial of the 20mg dosage tonight and report back tomorrow. There were too many inconsistent results. If the 20mg is really what made me oversleep, I'll cut the dosage to 10mg.

Astral LOVE is so much better then you can even imagine.

I would highly advise against that. He's trying to figure out what she is. If he believes that there is special about this dream character, "getting some" may damage the relationship with her, or throw her purpose for reoccurring off track.

Melatonin has a very low toxicity level. I've heard of people taking up to 50-60mg of it, although I wouldn't advise starting off at that dosage. Depending on your age, it will have different effects.

If you feel that something is after you in a dream or that some evil being is fighting for your spirit with your physical body, please know this: These things only have as much power over you as you give them. If you give them fear, they will notice and feed off of it.

If you let them know:
1) That they are unwelcome to fight with your spirit/body.
2) You know that they exist, but you do not surrender any control of your spirit/body to them.
3) They are forbidden to exert control over you.

...then they will most likely stop or at least let down the assault. The stronger your will, the more resistance you have to the bad spirit's power.

Please remember this: Although you may tell the spirit or evil force or whatever it is that's bothering you that you forbid it to touch you or bother you, it will still try to get at you how it knows how. It's power is still real. Be specific when talking or trying to communicate with it. Some bad spirits are deceivers, and will turn your words against you. If you say "Leave me alone" then it may try to bother you by messing with others that associate with you. As long as you are specific in your communication and with your words, you don't need to worry about this.

Now, whether you believe in these things are up to you. Do I believe in ghosts that go "BOO"? No, but I do believe in spirits, good or bad. Don't let anyone call you crazy for believing it. Even if no one else believes you, you know that it happened and no one can take that away from you.

If you see her again, don't let your emotions get to you. Instead of hugging her, ask her straight-forward what she wants, even if you have to be abruptly rude to find out.

DO NOT worry about offending her. It's your dream. If she acts offended by anything you say or do, don't play along. It's just the dream's way of trying to get itself back on track. If you feel uncomfortable about offending the dream character, after you find out what she wants, just say something like "You know I was joking right? You know I would never really be rude to you!" Although in the real world this would never work, dreams have a way of trying to fix themselves if they get derailed.

If you apologize or make a joke about how you got the information from her, she will play along and everything will be fine between you for the rest of the dream. This is taken from experience. One time in a dream I was a torturer for the US military and I had to hurt someone to get information from them. After I had to do some pretty violent things that I will not describe, I became lucid after realizing that I would never do these things in real life. I felt so bad about doing this to the person that I asked them if they would forgive me, and he said "Well of course! You're my friend! I know that you had to do that to get the information from me! You were just doing your job." Then after that I took him to lunch and we were laughing and having a good time. Long story short, as long as you tell them something with the belief that they will believe it, then they will believe it.

As for your girl... She may be:

1) A subconscious guide in your dream.

2) A suppressed emotion/memory/feeling.

3) A spiritual guide.

Quote from: anxhelino1234 on April 03, 2012, 08:25:56

There is this one girl (what she looks like is irrelevant)

Her appearance actually is very relevant. Try to describe her the best you can. If you'd rather have more privacy/confidentiality (if you feel her appearance is inappropriate), feel free to PM me and I'll try to help you figure this out.

Also, a few personal questions:

1) Have any of your siblings/parents/friends/loved ones died in your childhood/past?

2) What memories were shown to you when you hugged her? (Be specific)

3) What exact emotions did you feel in the dream as you:
     A) Saw her
     B) Hugged her
     c) Received the memories
     D) Looked up at her after letting go

4) Have you ever experienced a traumatic incident regarding a child?

5) Were you sexually aroused by this girl at any point in the dream?

Please be as specific as you possibly can in answering these questions. Again, feel free to PM me if you'd rather not answer them in public.

Yeah, go to sleep at night and think about everything you fear... then visualize scenarios where you play out this fear.  Do this while falling asleep.
That's what I figured. I just hadn't done it yet.

Quote from: Xanth on April 19, 2012, 20:10:55
Not sure why you would want to do this... unless you're trying to face your fears.  Then I could see the potential benefit.
I am pretty much just interested to see how it would play out. It would be good for that though.

Also, my most memorable dreaming experiences have been nightmares. It's the emotional response to the dream that triggers the conversion of the dream from short term memory to long term memory. Generally, the greater emotional response in or out of the dream, the more brain power or priority you place on the dream.

And it might also be a way of inducing LD's. If you see a terrific monster you may realize that you're dreaming. However, in my experience, fear overrides logic. So, if you see something that scares you, you are more likely to run away from it in terror than you are to stand there and think about it.

Short answer: For science.

Great information to know. Thanks for posting.

I've been taking melatonin pills every day for the past couple of months. I usually take 5mg per night but there isn't a noticeable difference in my dreams, just my sleep. For the past week or so I've upped my dosage from 5mg to 10mg and onto 15mg.

Here are the results:

5mg: More comfortable sleep. No changes in dreams.
10 mg: Good Sleep. More vivid dreams. Dream characters are more hostile.
15mg: Fantastic sleep. Less vivid dreams but greater intensity. Dream characters are very violent and will often attack if disturbed.

I'm not sure what the hostility from the dream characters is about. I think they are trying to prevent me from reaching lucidity. Watch THIS from about 1:50 onward. Stuff like this happens often before I become lucid with the pills.

I'm planning to jump into a 20-25mg range this month. I want to get to full lucidity/OBE with this. I'm maxing out at 25mg though. I don't want to go into a coma. That, and I don't want to be brutally tortured/murdered by my subconscious.

Okay, don't worry about this. I'm not saying you're crazy, but try telling yourself regularly that these dreams have no significance and they will eventually go away. If you do reality checks throughout the day, tell yourself then. Trust me, the more you worry, the more you will dream about this.

Talk to your subconscious in a LD. Just find someone and ask them to take you to your subconscious. Ask it questions. Mine told me to be careful when I tell it to do things because it could harm me if I told it to do something crazy.

Next time I get the chance though, I'm going to tell it to unlock my piano skills. I know it sounds crazy, but having a direct conversation with your subconscious has to be useful.

Try that, or "poof" a computer into your dream with the focus on  it being a computer of your brain. Then go in and make changes that you want. It might not work, but it may very well help.

I've actually spawned a computer like this, but I couldn't get ticked the password screen lol. That's why it's useful to plan out or create your computer before you try this. Make sure to include specific files that you want to use. I've actually done planning of my own that I'd like to test. I don't get the chance to LD very often, so if you'd like to try this out let me know and I'll send you my plans.

Welcome to Dreams! / Best LD experience of my life
January 21, 2012, 21:49:47
Just thought I would let everyone know.

Last night I went to bed like normal (I wasn't attempting to have a LD). I started out in my dream sitting on my front porch swing reading a book. I flipped the page and wanted to reread something and noticed that the words were different. I rapidly flipped back and forth because this was my first time that this has happened to me in a dream. For some reason this seemed to keep me focused in the dream.

As I was doing this the sun started going down, so I jumped from my front porch to the road (about 75 feet) so that I could see the sun. I reached my hand out towards the sun to pull it up (kind of like using the Force). It didn't work at first, so I yelled "I COMMAND YOU" and it moved according to my will. I was so amazed how powerful I felt. I literally felt like a god. This was the most amazing dream experience of my life.

The only thing wrong with the situation was that the light did not move with the sun. I realized in the dream that I had to move the light to move as well. The "I command you" phrase didn't work this time and I started to fret because I felt my power over the dreamworld slipping and myself fading away from the dream as well.

However, I reasoned that I was a god in the dream and that I could control it, so I yelled "Let there be light". The light moved back to the sun's location then and I could see everything clearly now. I felt my grasp on the dream and my power return. Then I levitated (willingly and purposely to test my power).

At that point, I was so lucid that I wanted to test things that I had always wanted to do in a dream environment. I found someone and asked them to show me one of my greatest fears and they showed me some type of dark creatures that resembled spiders (yes, I am scared of spiders lol, but I don't think that its what it was supposed to mean). I felt a sense real danger and felt my powers slipping, so I yelled "Get me out!" and I was teleported to my back yard again. This experience wad amazing. I literally saw my body disentegrate atom by atom and flow to my destination. In this trip I traveled through some sort of tunnel. This tunnel was like a tunnel of colorful lights. It was glorious and magnificent. There were colors in this tunnel that did not even exist.

Once my body settled there I could not stop my desire to demonstrate what I could really do. I then told the person to let me talk to my subconscious. He told me that it would not want me to do that because it was extremely dangerous to make my conscious mind meet my subconscious mind. I yelled at him to make him do it and I was brought to a dream version of myself. It looked exactly like me.

My sub. told me not to talk to it because it had to listen and obey what I said and that if I told it to do something crazy that I could harm myself very much. I obeyed and said nothing. It told me some message that I'm having trouble remembering but I remember that it was very profound. He then touched my forehead and told me to wake up and think about what he said. I did and woke up and thought about everything.

I've got to get going, but I'll get back to this post later.

What are your thoughts?

I haven't been able to project yet, but I have heard some crazy stories. What are the most interesting things you have seen and places you have been?

I've always wanted to explore the mysteries of the great pyramids and see the creation of earth and the birth and life of Christ. Has anyone done that? I'm very interested to hear your replies.
