Your third eye is located between your eyebrows. If you close your eyes and take a few deep breaths and place your attention on that area, you will begin to see or feel an oval shaped object lying on it's side. This is your third eye and it is looking directly at you. the reason why it is turned towards you is because everything is within you.

Welcome to Energy Body and The Chakras / OUCH! playing with brow chakra made my head hurt!
November 29, 2003, 04:13:25Earlier tonite I was trying to clear my chakra's by calling in Archangel Raphael to assist me by entering my body and helping me clear my chakras of residual fear, negativity and imbalances. Right away I began to feel the Throbbing of my Third Eye. My eyes felt as if they were pulsating rapidly. I did not get any headaches but I am seeing faint colors and sparkles around the room.
In the past I sought the advice of 2 separate psychics at 2 different times and when they began to read me; my Third eye began to throb for a minute or so. I was wondering if the reason for the vibration is because my third eye is half way open like someone mentioned above. If it is half way open what do I need to do to open it?
