Thank you blue for your input,
Actually I have already projected before about 7 times (Using a drug)
When I Projected using the drug it was soo easy, in a matter of seconds after waking up and going back to sleep, just laying there and trying to sleep normally, and in seconds I get the sleep paralysis, and I feel the transition (separation), and eventually end up in a dream scene.

That's why I say the focus factor is what's missing here, for all people struggling doing this. So how can we sharp that!

Hello,

It looks like I can get to the Hypnagogic state easily (especially hearing voices, E.G. my girlfriend saying something. Or some coversations from work from work or just some random words..)

Once there, it doesn't matter how much I try to maintain my focus, I always end up:

- Sleeping.
- Or losing focus, and sleeping after sometime.

So i never reached the point where my Dream scene starts to build into my eyes, and found myself inside a dream.

So what do you think guys? what's the problem here, is it my focus that's not strong enough? or is it the hypnagogic state which is not deep enough?

and how can I solve that?

Note: Does the exercice (Staring at a point for a long period) can help increase my focus?

I want to add: you have to do your attempts after 3-4 Hours of sleep Minimum
when you're experienced enough you will be able to get out (astral) anytime. [Very hard though]

I try in the regular hours of the day, I know it's harder than WBTB.. but it's still possible!

I don't do my attempts after prior sleep,is because after 6 Hours of sleep, I JUST CAN'T FOCUS, and I LOSE MOTIVATION, SO i get back to sleep instantly.

that's why I prefer the regular day hours, when im more awake and Motivated

hello,

Everytime I try to project

1) I lay on my back ( I sleep Always on my stomache )
2) I try to clear my mind, I got some obssession thoughts, I try to clear them up ( Not avoiding them ).. and I avoid the others..
3) I start noticing ( Lately I used to listen to music first, and 4 HZ audios later )
4) I try to find: sometimes passively, sometimes actively, the colors changes, or the shapes and forms on my eyelid BLACKNESS

After the step 4, I have 2 results:


5.1)
I get a very light sleep ( 10 - 15 Mins ) without dreams, here I wake up and I feel my body is not relaxed enough to continue practicing.. so I lie on my stomache -> I fall asleep.
5.2) I get BORED and a heavy sensation to change my position, Here I tell my self (ACTUALLY I LIE ON MYSELF) that I will continue my practice on my stomache which leads me to a very Fast Deep Sleep

NB. I m not noob, I know about OBEing, for more than 5 years..
I tried many times, sometimes I go for months without practice, But usually the IDEA of Projecting in my head ...
I Had 8 Lucid dreams (1 Natural, 7 Using Galantamine)

What i'm doing wrong?

thanks for posting this,
I tried a 4 HZ downloaded it from youtube!
I stayed still, and listened to the frequency for more than 1 HOUR..
nothing happened, maybe I sleeped a little ( not deep sleeping ).

Can you please share the 4 HZ, you have?

hello,

when visualising scences in mental rundown, I have to become in the event, not only a watcher, so the question how can I shift my awareness and become in the reality scenece, not only watchiing it like a movie.

man, if you mean bypohantasy, ( daydreaming  or visualisations ) I was very daydreamer and visualiser, but never Astralled that way, or developped anything spiritual, please clarification how to use it for OBEing

    Hello,

    Just before sleep , I can see my self acting, and switching my body part due to situations, as waking life.

    I got some hallucination before bed for ex:. I see a light , and my head gets down, ( to avoid the touching the light, ) as If I were walking with a dream body,

    I could see water on floor, and my leg twitch off to avoid slipping ..

    I can't explain this more, due to my english.

    whatever, after that sensations, I knew am about to SLEEP, and try to stay aware,

    But, bang, i'm sleep unconscioussly!

    Any thoughts, and what is called that awareness state.
