i believe it was albert taylor. I also read robert monroe, who was very interesting but albert taylor seems to have had the same experiences i have had at the beginning.

Thanks.
I had picked up a book on astral project in the library, which the author who also thought he had sleep paralysis or a mental disorder was also "pulled from his body. I had felt this before I ever tried to project (and it freaked me out)- anyway he say's it is your higher self or spirit guide pulling/assisting you out. I dont think I was nervous or afraid before, but I will not to be now.
wheather or not you actually leave the body or shift consciouness I am eager to find out, if thats possible.

anybody experience this before? I have only been doing this for a few months. I have had "sleep paralysis" since I was a child until I read a book that described exactly what was happening to me and found out it was astral projecting. I am nervous about not being able to get back to my body after the last time (my 7th projection) when I tried to reconnect and thought I reconnected several times before I actually did. On this occasion I was pulled from my body by my legs. Ive had this feeling that someone was grabbing and pulling my legs several times in my life, but this was the first time i let go and was actually pulled out, I don't know if having trouble reconnecting is related to being pulled out.
im still new to this, but i dont seem to have any problems getting out. Im not looking for info on what's out there as i don't want to taint my experiences with pre-conceived info any more then I aleady have.
Hope someone has some good/sound advise or info or similar experience which they can share.

thx
