If the real time zone reflects the physical plane almost exactly, then shouldn't you be able to see many people walking about doing their daily lives, which would lead to further moral and ethical dillemas of visiting celebrities houses or seeing your neighbour naked...Can anyone fill me in on what really happens?

In Astral Dynamics it speaks about Virtual Reality Projections, I was wondering if it were possible to project into a painting, then would it be possible to project into a book or video game?
#3
I had been meditating for about 20 minutes, when my body was completely relaxed and I was on the edge of falling asleep, when I started to project, my heart went all fluttery and my head was pounding like when you run in a race, then my whole body was tingling and some some funkiness happening, except I was impatient and came out of that state.

Was that almost a projection?

I am not sure whether I have projected or not.

Ever so often since I have been around 4 (i'm 15 at the moment) I have had these dreams where I know I am fully conciouss, but i'm in like a dream. Everything in the dream reflects the real world, except less realistic (e.g. I was flying a Black Hawk Helicopter in my backyard and jumping out.)

These dreams never last very long and normally end up with me tripping over and I feel like I am actually falling.

I don't have control over these dreams.

I just wanted to know whether or not this is astral projecting, with the 'alice effect'.

I never planned to do anything like that, I was just thinking about whether or not it would be possible to do something like that.

If you were able to dream-walk to other people's dreams, would it also be possible to help them have a lucid dream by informing them that they are actually dreaming themselves?

Would it also be possible to dreamwalk to dreams of people from different astral planes?

Ok. Well first challenge is getting out and learning to move around, it would be really uncool to appear in this world of someones and then look like a moron by not even having control of your own movements.
#8
Problem is that I am not able to project as yet, although I will have it soon, I will not be able to project long.

*BUMP* I need answers people[^]

Ok thanks for the link, really helpful. That opens up a whole lot of cool things you could do. I would really enjoy going into a fantasy novel or some such thing.

But, would you be able to leave the book somewhere, project and then somehow enter the book, like directly without teleporting or whatever?

Yeh! Go team! [:D]

It was 20 mins of meditation + like 20 mins of Astral Dynamics MBA excercises.

Cool to know I almost got out, now just be patient and go with the flow [8D]

Welcome to Dreams! / Fear of never flying
December 15, 2003, 06:28:20
When I was lucid for the first time I couldn't fly, but I could jump really high. So I jumped around looking for someone to teach me, in the end I just looked at the person and I flew by myself.

But what about the falling feeling at the end?
