Thanks guys
I appreciate the warm welcome
As per the FAQ I am starting with Tom Campbell's lecture, 5 of 5 at NCY MBT I think its called.
Very informative and the kind of hard-hitting stuff that is hard to get in this field sometimes. He is a very intelligent and well-spoken man. He and Terrence McKenna are different ends of the spectrum but they are both a pleasure to listen to.
I was also reading what another member posted about the phasing, which is very interesting.
It fits very well with my personal image of consciousness levels being like radio signals in a room we tune in and out of, rather than some kind of staircase separated by veils.
Reminds me of those stereoscopic puzzle pictures.
Already I have found a direction Id like to go with my meditation and feel more grounded vs. the other day.
Rather than force something to happen I am rather going to sit there, create as much stillness as possible and just let what happens happen. I have a busy mind and I think this is a good first and foundational step. What happens will be mine alone, no more or less than I am ready for, no better or worse than anyone elses experience and this will ultimately improve and become more tangible provided I am attempting to better myself day to day. Thats what Mr. Campbell is saying anyway but it make a ton of sense.
I hope at some point in the near future to be in a position to access the Greater Consciousness and start to get down to the nitty gritty details with the folks on here.
As of yet, Im still just a guy sitting cross legged on a pillow waiting for the bus lol.
