Hi all of you, I am new and I need your advise...

When trying to meditate I get a really annoying beep in my ear which gets louder the more attention I give too it. When I meditite with music on it is not that much of a problem but I want to be able to meditate in silence because it is more conventien for when I am somewhere else.

Please let me know if any of you have (had) the same ploblem and if there are any solutions. Thanks in advance.

Well, that is one way (actually two) way(s) of looking at it, thanks, I wiull definately try to 'use' it like Alpha suggests! I've actually had it for as long as I remember also. and I can also make it louder if I want.

I just have to turn my head around to enjoying it instead of finding it annoying.
