i really no nothing about communicating with spirits, but it is something that has always captivated me, and a part of the reason i started practising wicca
i am 15 now, and about 3 years ago i had my first kind of experience with a spirit. and since then, on and off, i have just known and felt the same spirit's presence. i really don't know 'who' it could be, but it is scary sometimes, but at others not. i'm fairly certain the presense is male, and lately i have felt it much more frequently than before. like it used to feel it every couple of months, now i'm developing my wicca it seems to be with me weekly and sometimes days in a row. i'm certain it's always the same spirit, and i haven't felt any others. It is very prominant at night when i have candles lit and incense or oils burning. it's scary then. i really want to reach out and somehow communicate with it to find out who it is and why they have been around me so long. but i get so scared sometimes its ridiculous. like me body isn't affected, but half of my insides and mind are so alert and scared. is there someway i can get over this fear and does anyone have ever had such experiences?
