and remember when you hit the attacker. you really hit them, try to visualize all the feeling a person gets when they are hit to make it strong.

And yes, from a neg's point of view. the heart chakra is the worst area of all to take out, and init a shutdown on. because it destroys a person's feelings of self worth. which is why it should be a major focal point of defense strategy. A heart chakra shutdown can be devastating to a person and will require reki therapy or some other way to re-init the chakra's energy generation.



oops i forgot, this was thought forms... and yes... you can charge objects and cause them to have affinity for various parts of human body and program them for nasty dirty deeds. Beware of crystals that are unpurified crystals are the easiest things to program. and yeah you can mask just about any object, physical, or virtual with a shield or packaging that makes it look appetizing but is really just a gateway past the shielding. that fills in the blanks i forgot above.
