for an hour I was laying in a heavy trance then didn't know what to do except stare into the darkness in front of me, out of no where I start spinning fast It was like I wasn't in my physical body then after a while it stopped then my eyes started moving wildly (REM) seeing lights flashing. I was feeling light so I said if anyone can help me out of my body, so for a short while I layed there keeping my mind clear then all of a sudden I feel something pulling on my arm not my physical arm but my astral body arm I can feel them pulling me half way out then I thought of my body and can feel my arm comming back inside again. but after that happened I started feeling things all over my body now I started to float up I can feel my self floating on top of my self but my physical body wouldn't let go I tried getting out for along time then nothing happened so I just went back down I woke up out of the trance.

so can anyone tell me what happened there?

Anyone know why I sometimes feel something pulling on my chest or other times Im floating down through my bed under my body?

Was I supposed to have OBE after I heard the loud whistle sounds? rather than having a OBE I get this heavy feeling like something is pushing against my body, any one have any idea's?

I have a question why is it one time I had the music up loud and was about to have a OBE but I couldn't leave my body I can feel it pulling away, but this time i couldn't even feel any vibrations when it was quiet not either with the help of brainwave files???

I asked for help in my mind and it's not my first time having a OBE.
