Thanks so much for your time and answers.  I tell ya, it was so cool, whenever I would "will myself" to a new location, it reminded me of Google Maps.  Like when you click on a location and you see it getting closer and closer - until I arrive.  And, now after your response, I am sure it was one of my Guides.  Next time, I will request for all to come.  I really want to know their names so that when I am on 3rdD plain, I can call their given name.  It seems like it would be more effective to actually come into an understand of each of their name.

[Is it true, that some do not hear those things?]

Hello from Charleston, SC:

So glad I found this site!  I hope to get some feedback in regard to a astral projection that I did about two weeks ago.

Usually, I attempt to project at night - between 11PM-2AM - well, I had the day off and about 3:30PM I lay on my bed for quick meditation.  Well, it was not long I was on my way.  I have a couple questions:

While projecting:
**I do not hear the popping noises/humming or electrical sounds that I have read of.  Is it true, that some do not hear those things?
**Anyone ever heard of a wave of warm/energy that starts at, like the feet, goes to the head when popping in/out of body?  I did.
**Also, I am pretty sure my Spirit Guide traveled the entire time with me, but she was in the form of a bee.  She flew the entire path as I traveled and talked in conversation. Do guides sometimes manifest in other shapes or animals?

Finally, during my travels, I saw my dad.  He has reincarnated on this plane.  I am working on control of how I move around, etc.  I ended up going way too close to him...and from what I could tell our souls overlapped.  My guide instructed/warned me not to get too close. 
Is that true... do not get too close to others?
