Thanks.  I'll try it.

Peachtree, I have the Gateway Hemi-synch presets you're looking for which were posted on AstralPulse many years ago.  I've made them downloadable in a winzip file at:  http://tasterschoice.tripod.com/Hemi-Sync_Bwgen_Presets.zip

Also included in the winzip file are the Bwgen files for the "MAP" (Mastering Astral Projection) program from the CD included with the book:
"Mastering Astral Projection -- 90 Day Guide to Out-of-body Experience" by Robert Bruce and Brian Mercer.

Also included in the winzip is a "Boxed Nirvana" Bwgen preset downloaded from the Bwgen download site which is the only audio file in any form for which I've had any kind of success with.  I only listened to it a few times and I think it was the very first time I listened to it when I started getting the body vibrations.  I may have had more success if I'd have stuck with it??

Anyone who has any success with any of the included files please post your results back to this thread.  In the "_Instructions.txt" files included in each folder in the winzip I've included the URL of this AstralPulse thread to make it easy to remember where you got them.

It would be helpful if anyone who downloads the winzip would disseminate these Bwgen presets as far and wide as possible (especially the Gateway Hemi-sync presets) since I can't be sure how long the URL where I have the winzip file stored at will be available.

Thanks and good luck!!

Pluto is the planet of transformation and Capricorn is (generally) the sign of politics.  Basically, the political landscape will be changed.  A radical transformation of the political landscape would suggest Obama or Edwards being the next President.

Kryon (http://www.kryon.com/k_25.html) calls the current president (Bush) merely a "placeholder"...while hinting at better things to come.  Personally, I feel that Bush was only allowed to become President so that (most of) America would see the mistake of voting for a mentally challenged person (much as Regan was) simply because of his ability to have the large block of "grasping at anything that smacks of Jeee-zus" religious right believe anything he'll tell them.

Whoever becomes President in 2009 will be the one at the helm when 2012 arrives.  It's doubtful that a tight-assed, closed-mind Republican will be in office when that day comes.

Oooops!  Meant to say, "as personal knowledge gaining as" rather than "as easy as" (what a BIG difference between the two!) towards the end of that last post.

Excellent thread!

I read "Seth Speaks" and all of Jane Robert's others about 25 years ago and it changed my perception of reality(s) forever.  It sounds as though Frank and Major Tom are learning via AP experiences what is already very succinctly in those books.  Reading concepts such as:

But as Major Tom quite rightly points out, C1 focus is an objectification of an underlying pure subjective state (ultimately).

.....and that of parallel realities, "that every state can be accessed from C1 without the rigamarole", and oodles of major others concerning the deep subject matters has thread taken are like re-reading snippets of concepts presented in those books.

I understand Major Tom owns the Seth books but probably hasn't read them since taking a major interest in AP (ditto for me).  My perception is that Frank---and other readers with an interest in the subject lines this thread has taken---can shortcut a lot of his/their deeper questions and ponderings of the hows and whys of what makes reality tick (ALL realities, C1 on "up") by at least reading "Seth Speaks" (likely available at larger libraries or most library loan programs....even through once you read it, you'll likely want to spring to own it).

Those with the curiosity to read more about the inner workings of reality (without using AP and OBEs :) ) will want to read the others in the series.  By it's nature, Seth's writings are from the view point of an experienced soul traveler from [my term, not his]  "the other side" so you won't find mysticism, new age, religion, or any other man made misconceptions and terminologies to explain things that go beyond them all of them.

(NOTE:  The books build on previously explained concepts so, even though they are in extremely reader friendly terms and phraseology, they must be read in publication sequence or they almost certainly won't make sense.)

For those new to him, Seth was an incarnate human for many lifetimes (last lifetime as a school teacher in the 1940's).  After his last lifetime he and Jane Roberts collaborated for him to dictate a book (which turned into a series) which basically detailed how human kind's reality operates from pre-birth, their (mis)perceptions about their current reality, to post-death for their current incarnation's physical vehicle.  Overall, it's a loose road map to how reality operates in very much the same way that RAM's books are a loose road map of AP's focus levels (and all that lay beyond the physical body).  If memory serves correctly, I believe some of the important concepts on pre-birth [and their agreements, etc.] are in the "Seth Material" book (which was actually published before "Seth Speaks").

From personal experiences, a frequent reader response while reading various passages/concepts in the book(s) is, "I already knew that!! [but have no idea how I knew since I've never heard of it before in my life]".   In other words, Seth's works seem to trigger an incredible number of "forgotten [soul] memories" in many people about the way reality actually *is*---more precisely, the way realities are--- versus the way that we perceive it/them (whether in the physical or astral or whatever).   Assuming he hasn't already, I feel Frank would have a great many of these moments while going through Seth's works.

Sorry to make this such a long off-the-subject rambling about a series of books, but reading one or more of them would take many question marks out of the deeper subjects being brought up in this thread.  For the small cost of a [few] book, it would be an excellent shortcut to relying *solely* on time consuming AP for (re)learning very deep information/concepts that have already been excellently explained by Seth (e.g. an entity who extremely familiar with the realities AP is attempting to access).

Unfortunately, reading the hows and whys of how reality(s) operates isn't the same (or as easy as) as actually exploring and experiencing them for ones self.

Frank and Major Tom, you are both a wealth of information and experience.....I've learned a fantastic amount from the both of you since discovering this forum.   Keep up the excellent posts!!

Because so many are curious about them, I recently posted a link to some pics at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/TMIForum/ of the interior of TMI and the CHEC units there.  If I could have copied the pics and posted them on this forum I would have.  Much of the feedback posts came from people who didn't Yahoo and weren't going to sign up just to look at the pics.  Btw, becomming a member (even if to just look at the pics) is free.

To avoid that, I've cut/pasted another post from that forum which roughly tells the schedule of a week at TMI and the focus level training.  The post was submitted by "rkeefe6" <BobK1952@comcast.net> in case you'd like to contact him.

=====================
Hi Paco,
I think Littlewingcz did an excellent job of covering all the bases,
so I'll just add my two-cents worth:

To me, the benefit of the residential program was as much the
supportive atmosphere and the people -- possibly even more than the
mechanics of doing a number of sessions each day.

I was so elated on Saturday just to meet and to be able to talk with
other like-minded people. I was able to "come out of the
metaphysical" closet so to speak. We all could discuss topics at TMI
which I would never feel comfortable discussing in everyday life:
Shamans, UFO's, Reiki, Auras, OBE, ... you name it and most likely
someone else there was familiar with the topic. I never felt weird
or too 'woo-woo' while there.

So, the class of like-minded people built an energy and atmosphere
of mutual support which I'm convinced greatly contributed to the
results achieved. It's similar to why geese fly in a V-shape. The V
formation provides support for each other, and allows them to
achieve more that they could by themselves.

That said, in answer to your question, the sessions at TMI are
similar to and variations of that found on the Gateway Experience
Waves.

Each day's schedule was something like this:
Breakfast
1st session
debrief
2nd session
debrief (often we were running late and would debrief after lunch)
Lunch
Long break (approx 2 hrs)
3rd session
debrief
4th session
debrief (ditto about running late, often debriefed later)
Dinner
5th session & debrief.
Evening program, speaker, short film, whatever.

Here are the sessions I had, as best I can read my notes:

Sunday
------
Focus 10 and REBAL
Focus 10 & C1 & F10 & C1 practice
Energy Bar Exercise
F10 Free Flow
DEC (Dolphin Energy Club) Healing Exercise

Monday
------
Intro to Focus 12
More Focus 12 (probably F10, F12, F10, F12)
Problem solving in F12
Focus 12 Free Flow
Another F12 Free Flow

Tuesday
-------
Intro to Focus 15
More Focus 15? (probably F12, F15, F12, F15)
Non-tape practice: F10, F12, F15 and back; doing the entire routine
but without using the tapes. This showed we don't have to rely on
the tapes to achieve the focus states.
The Visit (I don't know if this is in the Waves, but it is a hemi-
sync CD).
Energetic spring-cleaning (Release and recharge?)

Wednesday
---------
F15 free flow
Five messages
Free flow in F15
Intro to Focus 21 (F15, F21, F15, F21)
Free flow F21

Thursday (last day)
--------
Super flow: extended F10, F12, F15, F21
Another super flow (?)
One month patterning

Thursday also had a lot of discussion on preparing to reenter the
everyday world, saying good-bye's and packing.

Somewhere along the way it seems we also did:
Release and recharge
Sloshing around in our energy bodies
Compoint 12
Mapping our energy body

So basically, each day centered on one focus level: F10, F12, F15,
F21 and related exercises.

Best wishes on your efforts.
Bob

That's it for me.  Everyone (including me) seems curious about the focus level training schedule at TMI so I hope this answers muchos questions.

On another OBE forum I've found pics of the interior of The Monore Institute and the famous CHEC units where their training sessions are conducted.

I've had a curiosity about the TMI and the CHEC units, and I'm sure that I'm not the only one.  In about 20 years when I finish wading through the entire Gateway series, I plan on going there.

Here's the link where the pics are located....

Very briefly....  After a certain point in my practices, when Monroe would say to "visualize the number 10 and you'll be in Focus 10", I would clearly see the digits as thin, black, 2D, stylized font appx. 1 ft. high.  The digits were outlined in bright white where their shadows would be if the digits were 3 dimensional.

When I worked my way up to F12, those digits also appeared in the same white-shadowed font.  There was no prompting for me to begin seeing the digits that way, and after a time, it got annoying.  As a matter of fact, after a point I got so bored with having them appear that I "imagined up" fragile little end tables drawn in that same black font for them to sit on.  :)

I can occasionally visualize a vertical, man's-body-sized "tube" in some of my blackness scenes.  Whenever I do, I try to enter the tube and will myself to go up it (to somewhere "more advanced" or "higher").  I was listening to Gateway CD #2 track 2 (Problem Solving, which is Focus 12) when I got bored with nothing but blackness and tried to go up a tube I'd visualized.

Where I ended up, there were whorls of red "clouds" puffing and whorling out of the blackness.  This cleared enough for me to see two animated human figures drawn in white outlines (as if drawn with quick strokes of White Out).   The figures were drawn in the same stylized "font" as the numbers I'd long been seeing when Monroe says to mentally see the number 10 or 12.  I could see the blackness through the transparent, outlined bodies.  The stars of the unviverse were the background to the scene as if it was happening in deep outer space.  The scene only lasted seconds.  Back at C1 I immediately KNEW that I'd just briefly and unwittingly gone to the to the "3D Blackness."  Even though---except for out two outlined bodies---there was nothing but blackness, this blackness was BY FAR the most (and only) 3D thing I'd ever seen in any of my "scenes."

That style of "white outlining" in the numbers and in the 3D Blackness animated figures was soooo darned familiar!. Days later I placed it.  On the cover of  Gateway albums 3 through 7 (but not on 1 and 2...hmmmm**) is the stylized figure of a "ghostly"-type astral projecting body.  Numbers, outlined figures, and Gateway symbol were all drawn in that same stylized "font"!! (or very close to it).

**Albums 1 and 2 are pre-OBE.  The OBE exercises begin on album 3.  How coincidental that that "font" symbol only starts appearing on the albums after #2.  Btw, I just noticed that it's not on the first 2 albums tonight (which is months after the incident about the 3D blackness described in this post).

A few days later I nearly fell out of my chair when I ran across a post by Frank where he vaguely described the blackness, whorls and the outlines.  He said this is at F12.  See post  http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1647 .....The Brain Method...page 3.

I want to stress that I've never left my body while listening to the Gateway CDs.  Whatever level I had been thinking was F12 was noticably different than F10.  I'd felt I was in F12 many times before I had this 3D Blackness experience.  If (at least for some people) the 3D Blackness is a somewhat familiar sign post that they're in F12, it makes me wonder if the only time I was ever actually in F12 was that one time when I saw those outlined figures.  If the 3D Blackness is at a level above F12, then I'm onto something in using my primitive tube/tunnel to whisk myself up to more advanced levels (or at least up to F12?).

I've become VERY interested in everything to do with the 3D Blackness.  Most references to it are almost in passing while discussing another subject.  After reading everything on Google and the forums that remotely allude to it I've found that---depending on the writer---the 3D blackness is on F12...or F21 or F27.

My questions to anyone who happens to read this and who has experience with the 3D Blackness (pick any oneS that you'd like to respond to).....

1.  At what focus level do *you* find the 3D Blackness?  It seems to be different for everyone.  I'd like to try and pin it down once and for all.
2.  How did you first run across it?
3.  Do you encounter it regularly?
3.  Was achieving that 3D Blackness "milestone" a stepping stone to "bigger and better" things in the astral?
4.  I've read a few brief mentions alluding that the 3D Blackness seems to be a sort of like the central hub from which you can go anywhere in the astral.  Has this been your experience?
5.  Is it always the same, or does it change sometimes?  That is, it is always an outer space scene with the stars in the background?
6.  Now here's the kicker....  Can you go to the 3D Blackness (if that's where I actually was) without actually leaving your body?  I'm fairly positive the answer is "NO!"....but I just had to ask anyway. :)

I'm open to the possibility of this having been a lucid dream (hmmmm)....but I "went(?)" to a place Frank described as being on the astral....and I went there before reading his description of it.

Astral experiences are different each time and for each person, yet the 3D Blackness---and "The Park"...on F27?---seem to be a relatively commonly shared experiences, "sign posts", "places" or "levels."   I'm sure that other AP newbies like myself would appreciate a long thread dedicated to everyone's experiences (aka educational input) with either of these subjects.   I'll start a Bible Knowledge of the Park thread when I get to that level....lol

Thanks for listening (and replying!).

Take care and God bless....

Hi Insanity,

Having read your post, I'm not sure we saw the same thing.  My figures were in "quickly drawn" white outlines---for you older readers, think of James Thurber's drawings---with nothing but total transparency inside of them, rather than your hologram ones. I have no idea whether they come in only white, or as in your case, red too.  I would think the 3D Blackness comes in many more "flavors" than what either of us has seen.

In retrospect, (due to fading memory) I'm not positive I saw stars in the background, but I did distinctly see a black void which had a definite feeling/sense of spatial distance which was greatly unlike anything I'd seen before.

Insanity, I share your experiences about being completely blind and unable to see anything when I'm trying to AP.  Recently somewhere on the Internet I read something about [badly paraphrased] "if you can't visually see anything, try percieving your surroundings with non-5 senses oriented means....attempt to percieve ("see") with your feelings...etc.  Sometimes focusing on the "feelings/sense" of what is around you in the blackness will open your "minds-eye" to visually seeing what is there...."  The astral doesn't operate on our 5 physical reality senses, so as they say, "When in Rome, percieve as the Romans do...." :)

I'll play around with doing this the next time I try to AP in a few weeks....that is, using whatever emotions/sense to sense what (if anything) is around me in the blackness.

Elsewhere, I read that shifting your "trying to see" from your eyes to a spot close to your heart chakra will open your sense of sight in the astral.  In other words, imagaine you're trying to see out of knot-hole in your upper chest rather than your eyes.  The author of that advice was given it by a Helper over There and it worked instantly for him.  The next time I try to AP I'll also be playing with that technique in order to see more than just flat blackness every time.

Btw, our past AP experiences are fairly similiar.  I also see an inordinate number of bright, beckoning lights (mostly white) such as you've described.....and images like your "meaningless" King of Hearts person suddenly appearing are also fairly common for me.

Take care and God bless....

Fallenangel, bingo!  It's free to sign up and post pics at that forum.  If anyone wants to look at them, they can join Yahoo for free just like I had to.

I don't endorse Yahoo and think they run the overwhelming majority of their "banner factory" operations butt-backwards.  Since 1996 I've emailed them with suggestions/complaints about improving some of their various web pages and within a short time many of my suggestions were implemented.  That only leaves the other 95%+ of their site needing logical-minded improvements.  Having said that....

For the price of admission (FREE) you can join Yahoo (just like you had to sign up for Astralpulse), join that TMI astral projection group (forum), and see the pics....and have access to another AP forum/information source to boot.  Or you can sit there and trash  Yahoo (which I don't blame you for) and still be curious about the  pics (and whatever else is at that forum).

Btw, their forums are pretty lame compared to Astralpulse's....but they do contain some juicy tidbits about AP which aren't Googled anywhere else on the net.  This exact same thing could be said about Bruce Moen's forum at: http://www.afterlife-knowledge.com/wwwboard/wwwboard.html ....but hey, it's free too....:)

Take care and God bless....

Hi Schrotty,

Thank you for that link.  I liked that it was written by Bruce himself.  That's exactly the type of information I was hoping for.  It corrolates with the little bit of other information I've been able to find about the subject.

It would be nice to find people's personal experiences with the 3D Blackness as well...

Hi JAW,

From my experience and the other brief accounts I've read, the 3D Blackness is distinctly three dimensional.

It both looked and felt very 3D.  It feels real like you're wide awake and actually standing there.  I've never left my body, so I can only imagine that this realness is what the rest of the astral looks/feels like once you're out there.

It leaps out at you how very 3D it is compared to hypnogogic imagery etc. and anything else you've visualized/experienced in F10 or F12.  It the same amount of difference between imagining a scene behind your closed eyelids and then opening your eyes and seeing it in real life.

I only saw it for a few seconds so I really didn't have time to explore or examine it.  Because I saw it so briefly, I probably wouldn't have taken such great note of it except for:  1) It was sooo distinctly different than anything I'd "seen" before, and 2) I'd ran across references to the 3D Blackness before and felt the other writers had to be referring to this "place.".....and 3) I'd already been inexplicably seeing the F10 and F12 digits in those black stylized fonts for so long, and then the figures in that 3D Blackness were drawn in that exact same outlined font, and then later on it dawned on me that Monroe's OBE picture-symbol on the Gateway albums was also drawn in this same, odd "font."

As a side note, I got the impression that something about this style of "font" or "drawing" had some particular astral significance.  I got this impression when I couldn't stop seeing the focus 10 and 12 digits in it....and long before I saw/experienced the 3D Blackness figures or discovered that Monroe's OBE-symbol was also drawn in it.  Perhaps the "hidden" significance of this font style is why Monroe---from all his extensive astal experiences ---chose to draw his OBE-symbol with it??

Take care and God bless....

Hi Thing and thanks for the reply,

I'm not sure what the 3D Blackness is.  That's why I'm trying to find as much info as possible about it.

Nearly every reference I've seen to it says something like, "....and then I went to the 3D Blackness and from there I [went]...."

Like I said in the original post, it's almost always mentioned in passing with very little description or more information about it.  Yet, nearly everyone refers to it as "the" 3D Blackness....not "a" 3D Blackness.  This implies a familiarity with that "place" and the ability to go to that same "place" repeatedly.

In a nutshell, all I know about it is that it's a place where there's still (almost nothing[?] but) blackness, yet this blackness is much more 3D than the typical blackness you see behind your closed eyelids.
References to it allude that it's a something like a central hub where you can go to other places (or levels?) in the astral.

I'm hoping to find others who have experienced it and are willing to shed some clarifying light on the subject for the rest of us.

Take care and God bless....

Thank you for your reply MJ-12.

If anyone else has experience(s) with the 3D Blackness I---and I'm sure other newbies---would love to hear them.

Just as I did with Frank's post, because the 3D Blackness is a SOMEWHAT common experience---or at least not a totally uncommon experience--- hopefully someone(s), someday will read posts in this thread and say, "Hey!, I've been there!!"...or "Hey!, I've seen that too!!"

Take care and God bless....
