I need to know are there any preperations when I say these words? Should I visualize something? What? Should my hands be in a certain place? Should I chant these words over and over? How long? Please help me.

Recently I have been wanting to open my Chakras. Both for better energectic flow and for fun. I took a test on a website and these were my results:
Root: open (19%)
Sacral: open (56%)
Navel: open (31%)
Heart: open (31%)
Throat: over-active (81%)
Third Eye: open (56%)
Crown: open (31%)
If you have any recomendations on how to open my third eye more and/or which I should work on first, I would greatly appreciate it.

What kind of Pendulum should I get? I have found some with crystals on it? Should I get one with a quartz crystal on it?
