I was using Steve G. Jones' intensive program and had an OBE after four weeks. Yet, I switched to personal coaching with Graham Nicholls http://www.grahamnicholls.com/ since Steve's heavy emphasis on protecting from "entities in the astral planes that don't have your best interest in mind" was hampering my progression. I have talked to experienced people traveling the realms and never had they unpleasant encounters. Neither did I - speaking from my mediumistic background.
