Great thanks, I actually jotted down a sentence this morning and I still remember fragments of the dream.

why is it that some nights I feel haven't dreamt at all, and can't recall a thing?

Also how do you all think over sleeping affects your dream recall ability/overall astral and spiritual abilities?

Thanks for your feedback, I'm not sure I'm ready to project yet. I've only been meditating for about 4 days and therefore still wrapping my mind around everything. I do feel like I've found a very important piece of myself that I have been missing for a long time though

Eyes are closed.

When I meditate I used to see electric blues waves and designs...really cool stuff. The past couple times I've meditated the colors are now more purple! what's this mean!?

Hey, my name is Leigha and I'm new.
This site kind of blew my mind, this is my first real exploration of the internet concerning these things I have been interested in spiritual exploration for a while now, just about 2 years. I'm 20 by the way. But yeah today I had a strong urge to meditate, and I have been wanting to for a while but never really got around to it consistently. Although I do write and do other meditative things. So I was meditating after stretching and doing some breathing and I began to see these blue waves and colors in the darkness of my eyelids. I found it very easy to fall into complete concentration and focus on my third eye. Just before I realized I can concentrate very powerfully on my third eye, and I have done this before when I was much younger but I didn't really understand what it was and I didn't like it. I can send so much energy there it actually makes me dizzy. I'm confused and really shaken up by all this amazingly new information i'm learning, and it's all happening so fast. Would just like a word of reassurance from you all
