Superman spotted in Serbia

Serbian authorities are investigating reports of a real-life Superman after people claimed to have seen a cloaked figure flying over their houses.

Hundreds of residents in Ljubovija described seeing a cloaked person flying above buildings "as if he had an invisible engine on his back" and changing directions while in mid-air, local daily Blic reported.

One local said: "It was like something out of Superman or Batman. No one has any rational explanation for what we all saw."

Police in the town have refused to comment.

Yesterday when I was reading some topics on ap I felt something like my astral body felt out of physical one [8)]Insert... I was leaned forward typing something and suddenly my body felt out from my body and I kinda felt both bodies! Weird huh? And on same day, while I was looking in my screen I looked at it from opposite side of myself (like from the ceiling).  And the weirdest thing is I have never had an oobe before

Hi everybody,
I have never had real oobe, but i'm working on it. Has any of you ever had prediction that came truth? It very often happens to me when i'm trying ap. Few days ago I saw blond girl crying in some corner and woke up after that. 10 min. after I went to a shop and saw that girl crying, and some strange man was pulling her hair and screaming! Does anyone know how, or why I saw this? I couldn't stop this man because he was huge and much older than me.

If someone like me needs help for oobe, here's one method by Jerry Gross:

You must feel thirsty before starting this experiment.
Place a glass of water let's say 3m (approx. 10 feet) away from where you'll be situated.
Create an environment where you'll feel relaxed and comfortable. That means that the room temperature and your position (sitting or reclining) should be right for you. The air should be fresh and clean - room temperature, posture, air and noise - can modify the experience. If you expect visitors or a phone call, then delay this experiment, which doesn't take 5 minutes.
For the purpose of this experiment, I would recommend for you to lie down flat on your back.
Start clearing your mind of daily stress and while this takes place, change your breathing rhythm by slowing it down. Breathe slowly and deeply.
You should start feeling very heavy and your body should feel numb (paralyzed). In this state your body temperature should drop and it's very important that the room temperature remains constant. When complete relaxation of the muscular system is induced without falling asleep, you will experience an illusion of levitation.
Start thinking (no rush involved) of how you would get up and slowly approach the glass of water. Visualize the process. But don't fall asleep.
Continue breathing while this sense of levitation takes place. As this takes place, do not start questioning your psychology, as the Spiritual body knows what's happening and your physical mind doesn't.
This sense of levitation will move the Astral Body out of coincidence with the physical counterpart. As levitation basically means going upwards, that's how will your Astral body will move.
Continue breathing and slowly visualize getting the glass. The visualization taking place is done in a conscious level, and the Astral body will follow suit.
At a certain level the Astral Body stops levitating, and slowly moves into a vertical position as your conscious mind keeps transmitting to the Spiritual Self that your approach for the glass is by walking. Your Astral body may not touch the floor as it's a material object, and the levitation that took place is in the space that surrounds you.
At this point, when your Astral body is in vertical position, you may sense something that holds you from the back. You have nothing to fear. This something is the vital line of force connecting the physical body with its Astral counterpart, and it's called the astral cord or astral cable. Try not to feel nervous, as this will cause the cord to strengthen or it can pull you back into the body. Remember, nothing can harm you in any shape or form, and fear is an obstacle in all spiritual experiences. Keep in mind that any type of emotion increases respiration and heart beat.
Start moving slowly towards the glass. As you do this, you may feel that your Astral cord is stretching from one body to the other, regardless of the distance between them. The less space that lies between the two bodies the greater is the thickness of the Astral cord, the greater is the magnetic pull, and the more difficult it is to hold the stability of the Astral Body. If you are fearless, you may slowly turn your head to see the Astral cord and your physical body lying down. But, I stress that if you still fear the unknown due to religious or personal beliefs, then continue walking. Otherwise, your cord will strengthen and pull you back into your physical body. If that happens you will wake up suddenly and maybe with a fright or shock.
When you arrive near the glass, pick it up and drink the water you wanted to quench your thirst. This doesn't mean that the glass actually moved and the water was spilled on the floor, as thirst is just a human need and not a Spiritual desire. In other words, being thirsty, hungry, cold, hot, or needing to go to the toilet is just a need that creates a habit in physical life. In the Astral plane there is no need to dress up due to temperature, drink, eat, smoke a cigarette, have sex, or whatever we do in our daily lives while still on earth. When we picked up the glass and drank, this was the result of our subconscious mind assuming that our desire was accomplished. If we are hot and conduct this experiment, then when we touch the glass of water a cooling effect is sent through our Astral body to our physical counterpart.
Once you drink the water you want, you may return to your physical body by walking towards it. Keep in mind that if you do this then you'll definitely see your body from the outside. If you are still afraid of your duplicate, then just think of returning and the astral cord will pull you back slowly until you are aligned with your physical body. The journey back is the same as during exteriozation. If you panic, the magnetic pull to your body can be almost instant, which creates the effect of shock or fright. However, if you return to your body slowly and wake up dizzy, it's because your Astral body is not bound tightly to your physical one.

Hi everybody,
I'm new here and I don't even speak English very well, but you will understand. Last year at this time I found something about AP on the internet and I liked it VERY much! First i found some methods from Jerry Gross and I've been trying it for about 3 months and nothing. Then I started to seek for something new with more details and i found some free classes, but they were just TOO satanysthic for me (I'm christian). In the meanwhile I found few easy methods and just practising almost every day for hours! Finaly I found this site and downloaded huge colection of different stuff. Again nothing. Only when I dream sick dreams I can wake up. And nobody can say that i'm not trying enough. I'm realy desperate. So many lost time! Please help!

Hi Zord,
If you didn't read treatise on oobe, download it here  http://www.astralpulse.com/downloads/Treatise_On_OBE.zip   and I think you will find something about rising energy there.

And for moving energy, you need to concentrate on one specific part and feel the energy in it.

I have this kind of dreams too. When I was younger, I had so beautiful dreams, but in the same time on places like my home, or house in countryside (Loznica) and it shouldn't be anything nice in real world... it's just filled with pleasant feelings. And on the opposite side, I had one dream of cloudy sky, where I was afraid to look at it! It scared a hell out of me, but there was one little sunny part that was like some kind of hope.

I believe that this has something to do with higher astral planes.

Acording to the books I read, this is astral plane, which you enter every time you go to sleep.

Thanx. But do you know why it happened when i didn't want to and it doesn't happen when i do?

COOL! Even though English is not my language, I read it like there are no mistakes![8D]

I would vote for Russian woman that lives in my country (Serbia) and she has some kind of stick which she uses for guessing your condition. She just passes with this stick in front of you and says everything that weakens your body. And she's always right[:P]!

Plain ol' wishful thinking! and don't bet on it! Your soul will probably be surrounded by a gaggle of astral buzzards, and pecked away until you wont even remember who you were or what you desired. Then you will simmer slowly at 1 zillion degree heat until you have completely dissolved into nothingness.

Very optimistic[:P]

I had same problem. You should try concentration exercises. Count from one to ten and nothing should come to your mind and if it does, count again untill you have succeeded.

I experienced same thing once. You should try just to sit on your bed with eyes opened until it stops (around two minutes for me)and it shouldn't come again.

Welcome to Dreams! / shared dreams?

I'm new at this, but I heard that when you're dreaming someone, that you did share dream with him, but he doesn't remember. But it depends, i think that it can be only virtual reality that your brain created in some cases.

Thanks Makaveli. Lots of good stuff there!

You know, 20 years ago there were problems in pc communication. People had bss-os, that was something like todays Internet news groups. People could chat about everything that they liked (drinks, cars, politics,...). But there wasn't way to show your fillings, like if you are kidding, or being sarcastic, so not all people understood what you are saying. That's how so called "flame war" came up.
One nice sunny day, in year 1982. scientist Scot Falman from American university Carnegie Mellon in Pitsburg got realy pis*ed off. That day he went to BBS and started writing to his colleagues and tried to invent marks that would precisely show nature of message. It came up with lots of marks like \_/ for smile or (#) for joke, but it didn't work out. That's when Felman got the idea for smileys like :) and :( . People loved it. It spreaded very fast and became daily way of communication. So, Felman could just stand and watch different variations of his smileys apear.
In your first message Posted on 28th of December 2003 :  07:09:38 you say that God invented smileys.
