have any of you experiences any reality shifts, recently or in the past?

for me, reality shifts are piling up in my face and are undeniable.

The interesting thing about reality shifts is that they satisfy the basic vital non trivial needs, not the big ones like mastering OBE's etc.

examples of recent reality shifts I have experienced are:

1. 12 pack of Coke coming out of nowhere when I had guests and couldn't find anything to drink.

2. a woman dissappeared after i briefly looked away, I dont know if time went at a different pace for me and her, but I am sure she vanished because we were outside and their was no where she could of possibly hid, since we were in a vast area with no offices nearby for her to go, she was african so she probably knew some voodoo or something.

it seems as if though my attempts to OBE brought on these extra gifts.

and theirs more that I can't take the time to discuss now.

I have never seen the reality shift actually taking place, but I know it took place because of observable facts. Just like physicsts who shoot quantum particles at each other, who cannot see the actual particles but only observe the trail left by the particles.

This verifies the non locality effects of quantum particles, physicsts talk about,  our minds must indeed be powerful and imagine what potential we have once we are free from physical restraints,we are all connected at a deeper level of existance which is why like attracts like, and we experience phenonmena like this.

I just wanted to share with you my personal experience with kundalini energy.

Kundalini works best when you don't intend to harm anyone, but it will still work against anyone who harms you or angers you.

The problem with Kundalini is that it will strike you back if you are not careful, I had to learn that the hard way.

kundalini energy is simple to summon, basically you are upset and angry at the same time and you feel a burning anger in your throat, you have to actually feel the heat in your throat.

After holding on to this anger in your throat for a while, you should feel a calming bliss feeling all over your body starting in your head and eyes.

Now, after this feeling if you start feeling phased out or fatigued (not able to think correctly) then it has definately come back to you because your target reflected it back or you targeted God or someone who looks after you like a relative.

If however you continue to feel the bliss feeling then you have successfully launched the attack.

You might think that it is not good to hurt people, but it is just to hurt those with bad intentions who hurt you.

examples of successful and unsuccessful Kundalini attacks that I launched are:

-Successful
2 guys get shot at after hurting me.
1 person gets in a car accident.
the above is just a list of the ones I found out about afterwards, their are far more people that have wronged me and Lord knows how many of them are messed up because they messed with me.

-Unsuccessful backfired.
I get beat up one night, same symptoms described above.
I get beat up again, yet everytime i come out with minimal damage.
I run a red light, I hit another car yet I reacted fast enough so I only caused minimal damage.

Hello All

The star on this photo shows the houseI had my first conscious amazing OBE which was more real than my current physical reality.

I had been wondering why I had an OBE at this particular spot and why I havn't had any OBE'S since then.

It had occured to me last night while meditating that I had been facing directly magnetic north, it was a coincidence that this house I stayed in had the bed facing directly north, it was a pleasant place with children playing, outside bugs buzzing, and the sun shining all which helped my conciousness transcend higher.

I think magnetism affects our conciousness directly similar to the way gravity affects our physical bodies.

I have rearranged my bedroom so I face North.
I also beleive that living in a clean neat organized enviornment promotes OBE's because a beutiful enviornment will make you feel better and feeling better leads to increased energy for spiritual work.
Does anyone want to share their experiences with magnets etc?

Fellow Forumers have any of you developed Shining Eyes and a bold eye line (like Egyptains) from OBE, Spiritual practice?

People have recently told me my eyes shine and they are bold, the dark part of my eyes is what shines. I think this is from the OBE and energy work that I have been doing these past couple of months.

I know many people's eye colors can change, but never heard of anything like this before.

HI All, I have tried Oxycotton, and I beleive it stimulates the emotional body.

I had a euphoric heaven like feeling for 8 hours, and I realized all the people that I have wronged,

I think this pill helped me connect better to my higher self, but its not something that I will be doing everyday.

has anyone else tried it?

I don't know if anyone can relate but I want to share my experience about physical manifestations in my life that lead me to beleive that everything I desire comes true around me constantly yet I have been unaware of it until recently.

Its complicated but I will try to explain, everyone has this gift,
When we desire something very much and totally forget about the desire to the extent that we really don't care anymore, the object of desire will come to us.

This has happened to me while on the bus many times, After a long time of riding the bus, I have been conditioned to automatically go into a trance state and I have just recently noticed that some women get attracted to me when I have no desire for women at all ( for that moment, anyways).

This beutiful cool heavenly feeling comes all over me and I am in a perfect state with my higher self, and I do not think or say anything, this sometimes is a problem because I am not functioning 100% in the physical and I would later understand everything that happened and get the whole picture.

It takes some patience to get into this state of bliss and people do it all the time without knowing.

For me this state usually comes when I am about to receive something that is important.

This is the way I have met my first girlfreind.

I have passed on so many opportunities for finding the right mate in this state, but i have recently discovered that the women never stop coming so no need to worry. This is a perfect way for me to meet a person that is right for me, with the right personality, as oppose to finding any woman and later discovering that we are not right for each other.

This phenomenon also applies to other aspects in my life including self defense ( a feeling of heaviness and burning in my throat from anger which leads to releasing of dangerous kundalini energy at the target), and job that is vital for my living.

This phenomenon makes perfect sense, and Quantum physicsts back it up by stating that two electrons can communicate faster than the speed of light despite distance.

I beleive when two objects distant objects are in harmony with each other, they attract each other possibly because they are vibrating at the same rate.

this phenomenon is also mentioned in the books, how one of the prophets resisted illegal sexual intercourse with a beautiful women because he knew resisting that desire would bring him in peace and harmony with the divine.

Because I beleive that God is free from all wants and desires, we become more perfect, more divine and move closer to him when we are free from desires and wants. <--- This probably doesn't make sense, but thats the best way I can put it.

I hope I did not offend anyone with this post. This is my opinion based on my personal experience and may not be necessairly true for all people, but because all of us are made of us are divine in nature, I assume we all have this gift(at least the good people anyways)

I have read your post regarding "souls waiting in the grave until the trumphet is blown", and I am very interested in how you know this.

Did you gain knowledge about this while out of body?

I ask because in Islam this beleif is very common and below is more info about it.

Chapter 78 (The Great News) -Quran
17. "verity the day of sorting out is (a day) appointed,"
18. "the day when the trumpet shall be blown and you shall come
forth in groups".
19. "and the heaven shall be opened and become (wide as) gates,"

I tried it last night, couldnt stay awake, even with my eyes open for an hour.

I felt this white flash in my head, I beleive if this white flash gets stronger, I would enter sleep paralysis.

Theirs alot of practice and research to be done on these states.

I dont think its a sleeping disorder, dont let anyone put any negative programing in you.

The same thing happens to me both the daytime attempts to project and at night, even if i dont attempt to project.

Its your other body and conciousness that slams back  because of some disturbance. Dont know the exact details of the whole process, but that is what happens.

I remember having sleep paralysis everytime I get insomnia,

I beleive unconciousness settles in when melatonin is released, melatonin makes your body feel weird, the effect cannot be explained in words.

I take some melatonin 3mg pills when I attempt to astral project at night and it works often, I get into the sleep paralysis state but from that, its hard for me to project.

Try taking melatonin with this techinque. But i doubt you would need it since your body produces enough anyways.

Same thing has happened to me too, once I attempted to project in daylight. It sounded like a group of people in a big room all talking at the same time, i think this is an actual place that exists somewhere.

your post doesn't make sense, how do you die in a dimension other than the physical?

Projecting into the physical will mean you will have to inhabit a physical organism.

I dont think dimensions are categorized, by High's low's etc, I think they occupy the same space but are separated by membrances,
physicsts also beleive this,

Robert Monroe came to a barrier that he couldn't pass, he was told by an Inspec, that the membrance separates the dimensions.

if you can have LD's, then you are already in the right frame of mind to acheive OBE's, the only time I project is when I can have LD's and am more in tune with my higher self.

I reccomend, you tire your physical body, by going running in the afternoon, and then attempt to project. Be Patient,Passive, and Consistant.

If your perfectly balanced with your higher self, you won't even need any energy visualization, sensations etc. all you need is a focused thin thread of conciousness while your physical body shuts down.

Hello Zarklon, I being very experienced in SP
suggest you include a section on how Sleep Paralysis is related to out of body
experiences, how alot of projectors use sleep paralysis to project, how melatonin is related to sleep paralysis, why do some people have sp and others don't, etc.

Robert Peterson is also a well known projector who talks about SP and also gives advice on using SP to project

Actually, The Quran is complete and has full truth, it further explains in detail what wasn't fully explained in the former books, basically its the completion of the message from God to humanity.

The most interesting thing I have found in the Quran I have read is,
"All Praises be to Allah lord of the WORLDS"

I beleive World's is not reffering to the physical worlds, but the multidimensional worlds separated by vibrations.

What you need to do is lie in bed every night for an hour or as long as it takes your body to release melatonin, which will paralyze you during the vibrational state.

You will know when the melatonin is workin its way around your body and the sleep paralysis will slowly creep over you.

this is the only technique I use at night and it is very easy and effective, no need for visualizations etc, all that is required for you to do is figure out how to leave the body while its paralyzed.

I took some melatonin, because I wanted the thrill of sleep paralysis.

it did give some good results but it was unncessary since my body releases enough to paralyze me anywayz.


However, I will try this zopiclone.

My favorite technique for meditating is with my head towards north, on a sofa, lying down, or your back against the wall.

I have recently noticed reality shifts after meditating, I think meditation alings us with our higher selves, our higher selves are what tend to our needs.

The signs are piling up in my face, and I can't ignore them.

Frank and Major Tom, you guys have some knowledge.

My first OBE happened during daylight, I took a nice cool shower after a jog, and I laid in bed on my side with my left arm between my two legs, I just passively observed myself fall asleep with the intention of astral projecting, i come to the conclusion that our desires get fulfilled when we are in a happy state and when we let things go and let our higher selves take over.

after five minutes of being passive and single minded, I felt, saw, and heard a huge white wave in my head, BANG, all of a sudden I was looking at the room with new eyes, and I can feel this heavenly bliss on me, I can also see my arm which I tried to move, but when I felt another arm with a hazy outline to it, I got confused, I actually forgot that I wanted to project and I was wondering what this was all about, our different conciousness is almost like a whole new person.
The experience ended when I heard a lady call my name, i thought it came from downstairs because their were people down their. The clarity and reality of it was unbeleivable.

Major Tom, I beleive I have add (I had a dream phosphorus is what I lacked, and phosphorus is important to the throid hormones which regulate metabolism and the nervous system) anyways I constantly zone out and dont pay attention as frequently as other people do, I have been having small scales obe's for a long time yet I wasn't even aware, one time I almost completely left this reality while I was sweeping the living room and trying to talk to my aunt, who said "Theirs no one in him", at the same time.

having an obe is easier than we think, its just human laziness and impatience that makes it seem hard.

Consistancy and dedication to any cause will yield results.

I sometimes enter the real time zone spontaneously while still in my physical body, i know its the RTZ because everything around me becomes crisp clear, and a heavenly bliss feeling comes down on me, just like when I enter the RTZ while attempting to project.

I wouldn't worry too much about linking science with religion, God did not put man on earth for that, Earth is testing grounds for Man.

I beleive Man's technological advancement has a limit, and once the limit has been reached, the physical universe will be blown away, think about it, the only way man will become more advanced is by looking past the physical universe and tapping into the wonders beyond. So much intelligence and Wisdom beyond.

I have yet to experience my second concious OBE, but a few nights ago, while I slept with my head towards north, I woke up being ripped, it felt intense and I love it when it happens(especially to my face), my whole astral body is ripping out with electricity, its fun but sometimes i can't recall it.
