       what were they like: When I went to her world, people look like we do they just dressed different. However they were more advanced technology wise.        
      what have you learned from them: I learned that I a part of me lived in that place as well. I saw myself older, saw my son at a man. (Back then my son was only couple months old).

a: This is hard to explain because there is so much to say on this, but I will say that she was kind and she helped me when I most needed it.

Hmmmm....well I remember seeing flying objects in the sky allot of them, but no one seemed to care.  I was scared and surprise, but everyone just kept on doing there own thing.

a: Once I went to this place and there was tons of people walking around and I remember how everyone was so excited because someone was passing by, I could not see who it was, but I never felt so good in my life. I felt this amazing sensation of peace and love from this being that when I returned home, I was depress.  I know it was god our creator.

It's been a while, however I will like to post my latest Experience with you guys.

Yesterday I woke up around 8:00am, close my eyes and saw liked a Tornado going round and round. I decided to go thru this hole. I was a little nervous it was the first time I saw this. So I kept my eyes open to see where this would take me to.  Finally I  saw a blue light ahead of me and I went thru it. I was kind of shocked on what I saw once I went in.

I was underwater in like it seemed like the  Ocean. The first Animal I saw was a Dolphin, he came right in from on my face. I was a little scared at first. However I was able to breath easily and see so clear,  I was so amazed. I started to swim around and saw so many Fish and plants and  animals that I would have never imagined ever to see in my Physical form. I was able to pet them and swim with them and explore so many places. However Far ahead I saw what it looked to me like a Great White Shark coming straight at me. I got so scared and so  I panic. So I Leaped back into my body. It was am amazing Travel.

Anyone had an experience like this? Would love to hear it.

Hello All,

This is the conclusion of "My conversation with a Ghost part 2". Per my previous post, you know that I had no idea who this lady with Black long hair in White is, however I felt she was attached to me somehow.

What happen next I am going to have a little trouble explaining it, please forgive me if it does not make a whole lot of sense.  But here it goes.

This past Friday night @ about 2:00am I woke up and prepared myself to what I knew was coming.  I closed my eyes and a minute or 2 later I floated out of my body. Once I was out, I called upon her To take me where she was at. (this was risky to do). I flew off, Again I was traveling very fast, however I could see Trees and what it seemed like a big forest.  Finally I stopped at the same cottage she had taken me the first time she took me.  There she was sitting In the field next to the cottage.

I approached her and sat on the Ground she was silent. I told her that I was willing to help her and this is why I was here. She smiled.  I then started the interrogation. I asked where did she come from. She said " a world just like yours".  I said why are you here? She said " you brought me here".  Of course I did my best to contain myself to make sure I did not loose my connection with her and go back to my body.  I then said, How did I bring you here? She said "In a way i brought you here too".  

She then Grabbed my hand and showed me, what I had forgotten. I felt a pressure in my head that was a little painful, but I saw everything so clear.

Let me explain.

About 7 yrs ago. I traveled to another dimension, what it seemed to me like a parallel world to our world. This was the first time I was able to do this. Everything seemed so different, yet so alike. I remember that when I traveled to this parallel world, It seemed I travel in darkness for a while within myself to get there. I remember how scared I was. But Once I was there, I saw building, Round buildings. Cars, Squared cars.  I started to hear thought of myself that I was not thinking. Images, voices and so forth. I followed my instinct and focused within myself to locate where this thought where coming from. I traveled thru this world that seemed so new to me. I finally stopped in what It seemed like a Yard. The door open and out "I" came.  I actually saw myself on this other dimension!!.  It is hard to explain what I was seeing. She walked by and looked confused for a second herself (me on that dimension). But she kept walking. I could hear her thoughts. I could here and sense her questions.  I saw allot more things that day. Well, upon trying to get back to my body I was not able to go back. No matter how hard I tried. I was so scared. I thought I died and got send here.  I started to panic and cry.  I suddenly felt 2 hands hold me and Carry me. I could not see who this was at all.  It seemed we traveled for a while, when I saw a  light and I was back to my body.

I had forgotten all of this. When i returned I could only remember bits and pieces of what had happen on this OBE.

When she let go I understood who she was and how she was connected to me.   My lady ghost is indeed a ghost, but not of our world. She is the one who helped me get back into my body and crossed over with me on that crazy day.

I asked her, why did you not tell me. "she said, I could not, you had to see it on your own.  I then was ready to help her.

I grabbed her by the hand, and within myself I saw that hole I seen many times and told her to go thru me and go home.  I felt this warm feeling of love and understanding. And she was gone. I got back to my body and I was very happy.

Hello all:

Well Some of you already read my "Conversation with a Ghost" Post. Well This is what happen this morning.

At about  3:00am I woke up, because I heard like someone was crying. I checked my room, outside and so far. Nothing. I went back to bed and again felt very cold. I knew what was coming. As I closed my eyes, I quickly lifted out of my body. I was standing right next to my body. I suddenly went out my window and out I was. I was going very fast. I felt I was going very very high, I had to close my eyes to contain my self. Anyway when I open my eyes I was traveling on top of very high Statues. Many many crosses and stone artifacts. I finely came down and it was sooooooo big and beautiful. Many religious artifacts. I was so overwhelmed that I grabbed one of the crosses and started kissing it. (I know weird). Well suddenly I heard the cry again.  I went around some status to follow the cry. As I approached a very big stone. I saw my lady friend. She was sitting with her hand on her eyes and crying. I approached her and asked her if she had brought me here. She said yes. I approached her and felt her pain. It was as her sorrow got transferred to me. I have never experience such sadness. I asked why she was  so sad. She said, she wanted to go home, but could not. I then used some of the suggestions given to me here. I told her to ask for help to our creator (I am catholic), to cry out loud for your loved ones to come and help, to think of happy things. She then looked at me and smiled, and said, " I did ask for help, and here you are". I told her, I really was not sure on how I could help her.

Now here is what is really creepy.

She approached me and look me in the eye and told me "Then let me go". Then I was back in my body.

Is this crazy or what. I decided I am going to try and fix this, I believe that this is not a simple ghost. Somehow this women is attached to me. Anyway just wanted to give you guys and update. Any ideas?

I would like to post my latest experience my latest OBE experience. As you all know, per my previous post I been having OBE's for many years.

However, this is the first time I have an actual conversation with a Ghost!. lets Keep in mind that My experience is with OBE's but not with the afterlife.

This last Saturday, I woke up at about 4:00am, I felt like someone woke me up. I felt very cold and a little tense.

I then closed my eyes and slowly floated out of my body. Once I was out, I sat on my bed. Suddenly thru the door this lady with long black hair and long white gown came thru my door, grabbed my hand and off we went. I could feel her holding me. We went thru fields and parks and Rivers. I was scared in a way it seemed we kept going for a while, but in my  mind I kept asking, where is she taking me? who is she? what does she want?

well, you see I have seen this lady before, but was to scared of her, but not this time. We stopped at what it seem to me as a cottage, an old cottage, I remember feeling very cold. When she spoke.  She told me that she has been death for over 100 yrs. That she wanted to know how I was able to leave my body and not die. I explain to here that I was simply a traveler that had the ability to leave my body and not die. She looked at me with a very confused look.  I then asked her how come she had not moved on. She explain that she did not know how to move on. Well, this is when I felt like an idiot, I did not know how to help her. I asked her if she saw a light before she died or any signs of being able to move on, she said she did not remember. That for a long time she has gone from one place to the other. She said that the reason she approached me, was because my Aura (not sure if this is how you spell it) is so bright, she could see it from far away.  Anyway she said she had a husband and a child, that they both has passed away before she did. That she died of hunger, because she was very poor.  Then suddenly something happen. It was as the image of the cottage had change.  I was able to see her and a child and a man outside the porch. It was as she was showing me what her life has been like. I wanted to cry and my emotions took the best of me. The next think I know I was back in my body and very exhausted.

I was in bed the whole day and very sad.  Anyway just wanted to share this with you guys.  part of me hopes to see her again, but the other part tells me to stay away.

maybe this will help someone.

First how I do it now.

The way I am able to leave my body now has changed thru the years.  What happens to me now is actually very simple. I wake up in the middle of the night or in the morning and I just roll my eyes to the back of my head and out I am. I no longer feel the Vibrations or the BUZZING. I kind of just FLOAT out.  I sometimes hear People talking and Conversations, however it is hard to understand what they are saying.  I am not sure if it is because I have been doing it for such a long time or what. There are nights I struggle to stay in.

Now, How I use to do it when this first started.  I would set my alarm 3 to 4 hrs after I would go to bed, or early in the morning then Once I would be awake, I would start Rolling my eyes to the back of my head, I would concentrate and imaging my self lifting. I would imagine there is a whole within me that I could go out. The Vibrations would start on my feet, they With my mind, I would control them and move them up my body and then down, up and down, the more I moved them The stronger they would get. They would get stronger and stronger. Sometimes they would hurt my ribs and my Jaw. But I kept going, and then the BUZZ would start.  I would be rolling my eyes back, I would see a hole of light in the darkness and I would push with my eyes till I was out. The Vibrations continued, but then they would be gone almost completely.

Hello All,

I just found this Site, nice to hear so many people having OBE. Just thought I share my story. Well I have Astral Traveled for years.  It all started when I was about 9 yrs old. I felt everything the Vibrationst the BUZZ, the Parlize you name it. But I was scared and had not idea what it was. For the next 10 yrs. I fought it and never really let go.  When I turned 16th ( I am 29th now) , there was T.V special on Astral Travel, i listen with amazment on what it was. I realized that my body was trying to do all this years Astral Project. Shorlty after that, one Night I let go! and out I was. It was such a weird Feeling. I could not see well, The buzz in my ears was so loud. But little by little I could see and the BUZZ went away almost completely. Well this was the begining of some Amzing Travels. It is hard to say everything I have seen, but I will say that I have been to the most amazing places, I seen other Travelers like me and non -Travelers (ghost). I have felt Helping hands when I felt I was in trouble, but never say who it was. I have traveled over Beautiful oceans and Forest For years I experimented. however I did had some scarry situations. A couple of times, I had trouble coming back to my body (this is when the helping hand came. I was also afraid that I would not be able to go into my body. One of the times, I got out of my body and i turned to see my body and I saw this Girl siting on the floor looking at my sleeping body. I WAS SO scared, That I jumped back. Anyway thru the years I decrease my travel adventures, however I am very Capable of doing them. The best time to do Astral Travel for me is Just when I just woke up. Hi Selete,

When you AP, you see allot of things. You hear voices see people, See weird sometimes scarry things. The tunnel might be a way for you to AP you just have to learn to control it, the same with the current. The current might be your own body tring to pull you back. The office well that seems to me like you had a successful AP. That is great.  I have ended in weird places too, but then I fly off to where i want to go or just Travel to diffrent Places.  I think you just need to get you technique down. You are in the right track.

Let me answer the questions as I got them.

First, Everything seemed to happen fast, so I really did not get all the details, However I knew she was dead because she told me the first time we spoke. I really do not know who she was, If I knew her on the other dimension or not. I do know that the reason she was able to go thru was because I allowed her too, when she was bringing me back. And she could not go back because I would not allow her to.

In regards to the other questions. I seen her many times before, but she had never approached me until This last couple of weeks that everything unfolded. I posted the most significant ones. The little ones I just took them as they came.  

In regards to her name, well she just told me to call her Tavada, but not sure if that is her real name or not.

Neo, You can go ahead and use my story, just do not use my name. =). Let me know their feedback.

Hi....

When she said "Then Let me go", the feeling I got was of Sadness and like she was trying to make a point. She was not mad, but it seemed to me that she wanted me to see something. Weird.  

I have not Astral Travel again since then, I am not ready for her. I am reading and Trying to learn as much as possible so when I do.

Especially the great links. I will get to the bottom of this. In all my years of Traveling I never have been faced with something like this. I seen ghost and other weird stuff, but this takes the cake.

Hi FindTruth,

For me, it came Naturally. I was having them befor I knew what it was. However, in order to get better at it the rolling of the eyes was what worked for me. I have read in many book how it helps your body get putched out, So it works very well for me. Try it, and try it just when you just wake up. It might not happen right away..but it will..

I have heard that it i hard to accomplish an OBE for many people. However I am very positive that it can be done.  You will nee lots of patience and practice. This is what I recommend you do.

Got to sleep, set your alarm maybe 4 hrs later. Once you wake up Start working on it. Your body will be tired and in a state of Relaxation. After that, Roll your eyes in the back of your head, like trying to look in the back of your head. Concentrate and and keep pushing back. Imaging you ar lifting and Floating, go toward the darkness. You will feel a little numb but go with that.  After a while you will see how your will start to feel vibration starting on your feet. Well, hope this helps. Let me know if I can be on any additional help.

Don't give up, there is a whole new world outside our bodies.
