How do you look in the astral world? Like do you look like yourself on in the normal world? Do people wear clothing, and does the body look the same?
For example from the research I have found it says to wear comfy clothing no jewelery. So for me that would be a lose tank top and boy shorts, will it look like im wearing that in the astral world?

Hey everyone, my name is Aubrin I'm new to astral projection. About 3 days ago a ran across a YouTube video that was a astral projection guidence type video, it had binaurals but at the time I had no head phones but still tried.
For about 20 minutes it just worked on having you completely relaxed in a trance. I got to a point where I was feeling a slight vibration and I saw bright white with my eyes closed. I felt like I was floating but my back was arched a relaxed and then I snapped out. I tried again about a hour later but I felt very frightened half way through like there was something there about to hurt me so I shot up out of bed then went to sleep later.
I halve been trying more. I keep getting to the point where I have all sighns of about to seprate, strong strong vibrations, seeing things, feeling hot and cold, hearing things (the one time I heard something it sounded like an airplane above my head, and also some singing noises in the distant). But I can't get past that point I stay there for a bit but my astral body never separates I stay at that point for a while then it just stops like I missed the window.
So any way I can get past that?
Also I'm not so sure where I will be during astral projections. Like where do I get to go? I know you think of a place and your there (well that's how I am understanding it) but can I go to any where on earth? Even places I have never been before? Can I talk with other people astral projecting? Also can I visit people who aren't and I guess just watch them?
