I have read it and reread it and I don't understand what it's trying to tell me to do. Is it like that awareness excercise when you first start about following a trail from your feet up to your shoulder and then into your hand? You feel a trail from starting point THROUGH your body to the end point and then follow it back down again quickly and repeat? You go as fast as you can until the energy seems to lag slower than your awareness which is how you determine the speeed of the "bounce"? Once a speed is determined, then you just keep going up and down the trail a bunch of times? Is that the bounce? And they keep mentioning that the speed should be about a second or two each way. That seems pretty fast to have an awareness going through your body. It's one thing to do the spot awarenesses for this duration back and forth...[
