Hello everyone , I'm trying to understand or develop my visions more , I have an ability that my father has and is in my family as my father has allways been able to see faces or people around other people also he has heat coming out of his hands , but he never investigated this much as because of his times spent his energy working hard and surviving ,
I am able to see faces come from other people when I glare at them also from myself in the mirror along with body sensations, and I would like to know if there is a physcic who can tell me more about this,
My father says this kind of thing has been in my family for generations , I'm 34 years of age now and spent some time been wrapped up in the desire and fear of the manifestations of waking reality, now I am awake and curious about these images I see , What do they mean?
around the time I discovered I could see more than anyone else , I had a spontaneous astral experience were I was with others flying about laughing I had full awareness of my spiritual identity , this state I was in was deep knowing , like what lies beyond waking , dream deepsleep or whatever changing of consciousness there is ,
I think I only remember it because during it I remember saying I'm going to remember this , anyway there was a time just like this one also it was similar in that I knew what I was doing and were I was while in the astral , but now I can honestly say I dint have a clue about any of this,
I meditate for about 45 Min's a day now , last nite I had an experience when I meditate I explore whats left when I let go of the mediator and become completely relaxed I sense to orb balls fly past me then I flew automatically to get them , like it was OMG catch the balls lol then I just continued meditating while feeling amazed at what had just happened
anyway does anyone have any input to what the faces mean sometime they can be like non humanoid or even they been quite dark to say the least

I'm currently working on my third eye , and am learning how to increase and decrease the pressure in the brow area at will using breathing and it works for me anyway apparently just a tangible slight vibration or denseness is needed to fully reveal the third eye yet upon awakening its common to have heavy vibrations there , I highly recommend this audio CD for anyone who wants to master usage of third eye

One other note I want to add is this , I seem to be revealing and learning to use my  my third eye to my satisfaction , although I haven't needed to roll my eyes up and inwards like other books and teachers suggest infact only awareness in the brow area was necessary for me , the physical eyes as far as I'm concerned should just be relaxed

Hi I would love to share my main OBE exp with yeas , I only got interested in OBE phenomenon after I experienced my first spontaneous projection , and honestly if I live to be a thousand years old IL never forget it ,
I didn't even know anything about obe or the sort before this happened to me , I remember been out about flying which is very common in my dreams but suddenly I had a deepening remembrance it was like Total Self Remembrance I knew about my form and identity back in normal life (don't know how else to put it) and it was relatively small in comparison to this sense of knowing that I was experiencing , anyway does anyone remember the film total recall? remember the red mountains of Mars ? well that's as close as I can describe the scenery were I was flying , there were others with me watching me helping me adjusting flying maneuvers , he he and our laughter echoed with laughter as we did AL types of maneuvers from red mountain to mountain I was also telleporting. I didn't see any type of body we all seemed to look like wind / energy or something and I felt very close to these people like real close friends that new each other beyond the senses , and I remember thinking threw out this experiences I WILL NOT FORGET ABOUT THIS and I never will , its enough to keep me on the quest for self mastery / discovery for the rest of my life
honestly Ive have some strange and exciting experiences in my life but they AL pale in comparison to this astral experience it is beyond words
